Hotel One Tower Gulberg, Lahore

I already informed them about my time of arrival and I reached after one hour but no one in this even contacted or and the room was pipping hot no one dared to pre cool it and upon inquiry he said it will be good in an hour or two so just relax

Staff and vehavir

The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The room was capacious for a family with a kid.

The breakfast timings should start from 7:00 am.The breakfast quality needs to be improved.The lift needs improvement.

The ac was making sounds .bedsheets were not washed and there were stains ..no toilet rolls in the washroom ..had to call several times for iron .

The staff was extremely courteous and very attentive.

Minibar was not available plus the options in the restaurant menu was very limited

The staff was good and polite location was best but the bad thing is that someone stole my perfume from room maybe housekeeping staff it’s a YSL original perfume worth 40,000 I’ll called for inquiry but they aren’t updated about that .. I was 100 sure housekeeping boy stole hotel is responsible for that otherwise i will take an action about all I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know if it has been located, and what the next steps would be for retrieving it. I have also captured a picture of my perfumes before I leave from room

No switches/sockets on the bed sideLights control at the door side only so you have to walk all the way from bed to turn off/on lights.Towels are badNoise from other rooms/lobby and roof.Plates at breakfast have stains on it.Never coming back

Cleanliness was zero. Irresponsive staff. Un-hygienic breakfast. Had a bad experience.

The location was ok and was a 3 star hotel. What more can you expect but the staff were very kind and helpful.

Wanted to stay for 3/4 nights it was pleasant but needed refurbishment and new bathroom, baths and toilets need doing up.

It was great staying at Hotel one Tower. They upgraded our room.for free. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming. Complementary breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing we dint really like. Everything was on point!

My bed is nosing i told the staff he changed my room..Everything is fine we staying 4 nights.Specially thanks to moosa in Reception very humble person he is welcome very smile face and guide us very good way thanks hotel one tower you make my trip good i preferred everyone to stay here.

The bed was broken on one side and there were no towels or slippers in the room (had to ask for them). Had to get the sheets changed as they were dirty with hair all over them. The overall condition of the bath, specially the bathtub was shabby.The hygiene wi

Room was good

Room service, reception, their non serious behavior towards their job, i told them to makeup my room because i was going outside at 1pm as it was a day old and when i returned back at 10 the room was still in a condition i left with. The breakfast is not good very very limited options not value for money, no one is there to listen to you at the time of breakfast, only one waiter available most of the time trays are empty and you have to wait for the waiter to come because they don't attend their guests. Very unprofessional staff overall, might never visit again, you can find a lot more better options in this price range.

The room was nice

They don't attend your phone after 10:30, room services is pathetic, i had to get to the reception by myself to tell them what i need because they were not attending the phone. Very small bathrooms, basic toiletries are not available and they take a life time if you ask them for anything on phone. NO SOUND PROOFING AT ALL. The traffic woke me up early in the morning and it was not possible to fall asleep again. Overall a bad experience, might never stay again.

The staff was extremely polite and hospitable especially the lady at the front desk, Marianna went of the way and made sure that my stay was comfortable.

Parking can be improved

Front office and housekeeping services are superb. Being a female solo traveller I felt super safe at the property,and my stay was really good, and peaceful.

I didn't like the room service, you have to call them over and over again and remind them of your request/orders etc.

location, and food are excellent. Staff is very attentive and super helpful.

There is some opportunity to renovate certain areas which I hope management is working to keep its modern look and keeping it green!

it was a good place to stay, I stayed there for about 9 days. didn't had any issues, so overall the stay was nice.

there was a slight issue regarding a smell in the washroom, which was resolved within an hour
