Nothing staf is very bad..Attitude And they are taking extra money I book online one night stay when I reached there they told me only 2 hour's

Dirty room with out cleaning lot of cigerate ashes below bed, commode seat broken, Muslim shower mirror and other things broken Bathroom door including handle broken

It’s not worth it because in five days they didn’t clean the room, they are just saying we will clean the room, we will clean the room. In check out time they said when you will come next time then we will clean the room. It’s just a waste of money, not recommended

Nothing, just the evening staff sounded a bit friendly.

The place wasn't much clean, the bedsheet, the blanket, the table... The bedsheet was sticky, and it sounded very disgusting to me. And the bedfoam was very weak. It hits the bottom just so you sit or lay down. Though the bathroom was clean enough. The only thing I could appreciate.

Nice hotel, located in city center, in 3 minutes walking distance to Lackshami metro station. A lot of eating places - local cafes and restaurants available near the hotel

Staff is not cooperative I show my id card but staff demand me my partner id card

The staff was very welcoming. Loved their hospitality. They allowed me to visit the rooms for selection instead of assigning random one. Street parking was available. The staff was very very cooperative. We got everything that we requested in 5-7 minutes from cold water to extra sheets etc. The location is excellent, with tens of options to dine out and enjoy delicious food in reasonable prices. Location is actually a very safe and a cultural hub with historical buildings all around. Hotel is centrally located in Lahore with everything about 15 minutes of drive. It's a family friendly hotel, but because it's right on the main abbot road, you can easily hear the road traffic sounds. Perfect value for money.

I wish they had ensured more cleanliness. The sheets had stains, we asked them to replace them and staff did it instantaneously. Also, there were warm blankets in non AC rooms in summer months which was quite weird.

Staff Behavior was good at check in.

The room was contacting bad odour. Washroom was messy with hairs. Bathroom Water tap was out of order, even bath shower was not appropriate. In case of electricity cut down, no generator facility available. Upon call to given reception number, they said that ups is not working etc.

The reception staff were very rude. We had agreed on a price when booking, but during check-out, the receptionist insisted on a higher amount that was not previously communicated. The behaviour of staff was good, they did not create any confusion or trouble for us, they were cooperative.

The room and bathroom were not properly fresh and cleaned, no room spray was available, only one bulb was working in room and rest were not operational.Garbage outside the main entrance.

There was nothing to like. Everything was in poor condition. Very congested and untidy environment. Staff was very uncivilized and rude.

Room was very untidy and giving off bad odour. Washroom was without basic facilities. Taps and shower were out of order. Rude and uncivilized staff. Overall pathetic services rather third class and substandard serviced. Poor lights and ventilation system.

The staf can not speak english so it's very difficult for foreigner, there is accident that hotel is outnif water in the middle night so I can not take shower and have to wait till 2 hours

Booking.com is operating with dishonesty and unethical promises

Booking.com charged €1 without intimation, Even booking.com your website cheated me as saying that just credit card is being noted, and nothing will be charged, whereas €1 was charged, which is unethical against booking.com platform.

I stayed at the Lahore city hotel for two days and the stay was very good. The owner of the place is a very friendly person and helped us with whatever we needed. The location is very good since it is very close to a metro stop. The room was very large and the air conditioning worked very well. The wifi was also very fast. I recommend this hotel.
