It was great experience for me and my family. We really loved everything there at the place. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Place is well maintained and surrounded by greenery,antique furnitures. In short the place has its own vibe. Highly recommended. Must visit.

Muzammil from room service deserves special appreciation for his exceptional hospitality—he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, the management runs the hotel very efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Swimming pool experience was spectacular.

12th Avenue is budgete friendly as wel as a very good place to stay. Zeenat and Muzammil both were very polite and professional in terms of assisting us.

Nothing. I used to be a regular customer but this time my experience was exceptionally poor

AC not working. Superior room was booked and standard room was provided. Poor maintenance and poor staff coperation

They allow pets. That's the only reason we stayed there.

They don't even serve tea or coffee except for breakfast. Gates are closed after 12 so you can't even order from outside. Staff is unprofessional. Only a small soap is available in the washroom no other toiletries.

The hotel was very nice and lovely, with a beautiful ambiance, a clean and comfortable room, and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff was polite, respectful, and well-mannered, making the stay even more pleasant

The morning breakfast was very disappointing, with little variety and a lack of proper arrangement.

The place is constructed like a resort, with lots of greenery properly landscaped. The place is quite and peaceful. The kids loved the operational Swimming pool. Rooms are tidy, washroom was also clean.Staff including Khalil were honest and obedient. Best wishes to the owner to continue providing one of the best retreat in Lahore.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Vintage building, big space, good stagg

On main road and there was noise inside rooms. Kitchen is only ipen for breakfast.

A really cool hotel in Lahore, the stay was calm and we didn’t get much of the experience as we mostly just slept after our flight. But the hotel looked very good and the staff was excellent especially Khalil bhai.

Bad smell in the room.no utilities in washroom beside a soap.no heater availability and bed linen was stinking

The location was good.

1. Our room was switched when we arrived.2. Water is bottled in by the local staff.3. Breakfast was not the best. The bread is the typical commercial white bread and I asked to switch to the roti/parata option but my request was declined. Other guests were served the roti/parata.4. The AC/heater makes a lot of noise.5. Had water supply issues on the first night.

Worst Experience

It was my worst experience ever. They literally don’t have the electricity all night and then water wasn’t even available to shower. Plus there is just a single person handling all the things which makes it a mess. They didn’t even provide the mineral water.

They allow pets, and the staff is very courteous.

No amenities, no toiletries, hair brush, or anything, very basic rooms, washrooms are very outdated.

Bad

I booked via Booking.com and when I reached at the property in given time, no one opened the main door as there were barriers installed and I kept on waiting at the main entrance for long but despite several attempts, not even a single person came to main entrance to open the barriers. Further, I didn’t receive any call from the property before or after the lapse of time. This was disgusting. Highly disappointed.
