The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Very attentive to all my requests and took care to make it was done with accordance to my instructions.

Unable to accès roon due to key malfunction needed to go 8 times to finally change to another room again and during transfer loss Nalgene bottle.

Secure parking garage. Comfortable room (lots of twin bed rooms). Central location. Fine for one night stay.

Breakfast was awful, crowded and cheap offerings. Worse we have had in the past 3 weeks.

The hotel is excellent and centrally located. It’s very comfortable, the rooms are very cozy, and it’s very modern. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel was good - perfect location for an overnight stay. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and very responsive.

The hotel is well located. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The price is a little bit high for the condition of the hotel. Check out at 10am is a little bit excessive.

Great location to explore the area, room was large, firm bed and quiet room after spending long days on day trips.

Shower head bad for level of hotel. Breakfast has few options for European style and breakfast staff do not replace things and are rude. Hotel needs to improve ability to communicate with English speaking tourists. Ordered taxi through hotel and reminded them on many occasions as had bus to catch at terminal in the morning. The taxi did not turn up and after 20 minutes we had to hail a Remis from the street and only just made it in time for bus. Reception staff at hotel said it was not their fault the taxi did not turn up.

Our room was spotless and warm. The hotel restaurant was excellent - we had a great dinner.

It was really clean. Everything worked very well. Checkin and out was really uncomplicated.

It was very noisy. There was only a locked door between us and the next room. We could basically follow their conversation.

The location is central.

The wi-fi is unstable and most of the time only reaches 1.5 Mbps in the rooms. The property invited me to "work in the lobby".

Great downtown location with helpful front desk staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Room had carpet and was somewhat dated but clean.

A very good hotel with varied meal options in the adjacent restaurants. Very good, comfortable room. Lots of free parking with security.

Had dinner at the hotel. The meal was generally poor and the beef tough which is most unusual for Argentina.The area around the hotel is extremely poor and run-down. Garbage piled everywhere. Never felt safe outside the hotel.
