The location is good, so close a big supermarket. And there’s a parking lot for free.

The room is very small. There is only a table and a chair. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. When sitting in the toilet, the nose almost touches the door.

Location, breakfast and the people who work there

The room rate was perfect. Good location next to a mall. Good AC! Friendly front desk team who also arranged for a taxi ride to the airport in the morning.

The room was tiny but we just needed to spend the night before going to the airport. Getting in and out of the shower was tight since you step out directly into the room -- a bit embarassing when you're staying with your adult son!

Like: clean. Dislike: a few of the facilities in our room weren’t working/ broken. It took an incredibly long time to get anything sorted. On top of this it was already known that there were issues with the rooms facilities, so Im surprised the room was available. This was the most we paid our entire trip for accomodation and unfortunately did not match the expectation.

Very fast wifi, very clean and comfy bed.

Food was overpriced. Desks were sometimes not staffed during business hours.

Great location, helpful staff, comfy bed and standard amenities from Ibis Budget (you know what you get).

Some of the facilities in the room are not working, e.g. the main light & the ac is automatically set to 30 mins timer.

The room for 3 people (one of them 70 years old) is quite tight. The toilet was Super uncomfortable and there wasn’t the brush for the toilet.Either, electric plugs were not enough and the towels were also not there.Floor was not cleaned at all.

1hr wait to get checked in, only to be told the other hotel is round the corner of reception and we have to wait there.

Secure parking. Buffet Breakfast, which allowed to make your own lunch pack.

Shower and toilet very small. Hot water intermittent. Some light bulbs not working, which staff did not change, so difficult to have a shave. Checking in unnecessarily lengthy and bureaucratic. Some staff more interested in playing with their phones than serving their customers. Long time to wait for food to be served at dinner (lack of staff), which sometimes lead to the wrong order being delivered.

Good location near Jumbo, restaurants, mall, shopping, and ATM. Good shower. Good wifi. Very good breakfast

Well educated staff, room was too small for 3 people, maybe a good fit for 2 persons.

It'd be great to have at least one worker speaking English, since there are a lot of tourists around the city.

Room is very small, with a third bed above the double bed which makes the room even smaller.

Bed and bed clothes

The room is too small... They rent for 3 people but we can't even walk from one side to another. The bathroom is even smaller and you don't have how to put on clothes inside it.

I booked an early taxi / pickup to take me to the bus terminal.He took me to the airport. Then he had only 3000 pesos change for my 10000peso note. The taxi that brought me when I arrived at the bus station in Calama charged me 3000 pesos.

The booked taxi should have been informed of my destination point.

good location, close to the supermarket, nice little patio to have breakfast or just relaxing with a glass of wine. Surprisingly comfortable bed mattress and pillow.

The room are really tiny, not much space left after bringing the luggage in.

Close to the airport, the room was fine, the bed was good.

Everything was very expensive! A bottle of water is CHL 2.500.There was a poo at the toilet. Yes!! It was dirty. Incredible!!Nobody speaks English at the reception.The shower wasn't working. The technician recommended opening the sink at the same time as the shower and keeping it in order to have hot water.

the rooms where great! Clean and comfy.

Tried to coordinate an airport shuttle through whatsapp and email, but the hotel never responded to email and ended up not responding after a little while on whatsapp, so we never got the shuttle. The staff who we talked to were ok. One of them spoke english so we appreciated that a lot. However I had modified my stay through booking.com (added another room), and the modification didn't work on their end. I showed him my verification email, and he could have just offered to let us pay for another room, but instead we had a confusing conversation. As foreigners, we also had to show them our tourist visas to be able to waive the extra taxes. It didn't say this on booking.com anywhere, so we were confused when he was asking for our tourist visas. The breakfast was okay but expensive. would have appreciated some dairy free options of either yoghurt or milk. Overall, the booking.com listing needs to be updated

Not much to like - basic budget barebones hotel.

(1) I had no special expectations given the “budget” label but they gave me the wrong room (booked a double bed room and was given a bunk bed room). When we asked - not even to switch but why we were changed - they lied that they had sent us a message about the change ahead of time. It was midnight so we just made do but not a great experience.(2) The bathroom in our room was also detached with a shower accessible and open to the bedroom - not sure if this is common in South America but it was new to me.
