Indeed you believe that you booked the hotel but in our case we were at the refugio ( about 500 m away with no threes and no charm.) .No ac the rooms are hot. The breakfast is bordeline for the price. No possibilties to have sun chairs ( the one existing are sitting chairs.They are mucg better options in san pedro!
- I booked the hotel only for its secure parking as I had to leave a motorbike there for collection. This was all arranged with the bike company but when it came to leave the motorbike the duty manager wanted me to sign a disclaimer! No point saying secure parking if it isn’t.

We stayed very briefly. Staff helped us get a cab for 5:00am. Hotel was very comfortable.
Excellent location with food, stores, and bus terminal closeby! Friendly and very helpful stuff. Well served breakfast! National football team use this same hotel when we stay here!
Very poor
They charge the stay twice (duplicated the cost), as they charge us at check-in and later on again at the check-out. I had to prove the payment and discuss with the concierge to get the refund as they didn't have the invoice, but later on found the voucher!. They need to ensure their process are clear among all their staff as this is unacceptable.
FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS ARE QUITE FINE.
CARPET FLOOR PLENTY OF STAINS, TOWELS OLD AND RIPPED, FRIGOBAR NOISI, BED SHEETS SMALL, POWER SOCKETS BEHIND NIGHT TABLES ... DIFFICULT TO ACCESS, DINNING HALL RATHER OBSCURE. FEW OPTIONS FOR MENU. DINNER SCHEDULE ENDS RATHER EARLY (20:15, ...COULD BE 21:00). TV COULD BE SMART TV TO ALLOW SELECTION OF PROGRAMS FROM NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, ... IN GENERAL, THE HOTEL IS KIND OF OLD AND GIVES THE IMPRESSION OF BEING DOWNHILL.
Good value. Clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and a the main shopping area.
There is not much to see or do in Calama, but this is about as good as you'll get.
