- -pool was very dirty, we didn't dare to go in (this was disappointing because we mainly chose this hotel because of the pool)-breakfast was okayish, but scrambled eggs were more soup than eggs :(-our door didn't lock sometimes but we couldn't check while we were inside the room so at night we had to put the armchair under the handle of the door to lock it
- The check-in process was horrible. They took our passports and said it would take 5 minutes. Well that sure didn’t happen. After two inquiries we finally got our rooms after 35 minutes. There wasn’t anyone else in the lobby waiting with us. Very frustrating.

Breakfast needs whole meal bread. The Tub curtain had signs of mold. They do not provide Conditioner and Body Lotion.A lot of more small stuff you need to provide to your customers in the rooms. Coffee/ tea station. The AC was too low. It did not heat.
