- Very weird payment system. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights but my credit card was charged for 4 nights due to their weird payment system. I was told that the overly charged 1 night fee would be returned to me. it’s still not returned.
- We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, but due to their weird payment system, they charged my credit card for 4 nights! I was told that one night would be refunded to me after my complaint, but it has been 6 days and still not refunded. We were going to stay in Porto Velho for 3 more days. because of this payment method, we did not stay at this hotel and moved to another hotel for the extra 3 days.

Prices were great, rooms were large, breakfast was good. If you are visiting this is a great place to stay.

Breakfast (horrible juices)- Internet connectivity- unpleasant staff (except for a lady from Spain who works at the lobby)- Very limited meals and time for lunch/dinner. Order takes forever. Difficult to get transportation (a taxi).
