Atour Hotel Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang Wushan Road

The breakfast provided was excellent as were the service personnel. They were very patient and made a effort to accomodate all requests.

It is totally fine

Clean room, firm mattress. Pleasant and helpful staff. Laundry room. Convenient to food outlets.

A bit too far and difficult to walk to Metro station with luggage. But that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Location is OK, closed to subway station. The staff is nice, but not really helpful, and I trust they did their best.

The hotel has its own weird policies. One of our rooms had a dirty bedsheet, and while the front desk moved me to another room, it was on a different floor. Due to hotel policies, I couldn’t access my family member’s room on another floor, because they couldn’t create the 2nd room card. One ID, one access card. The hotel’s policy also disabling internal phone calls after 8 PM made it difficult for me to even contact my family member, especially since we don’t have a Chinese phone number. The hotel also claims to offer packed breakfast for guests leaving before 7 AM. However, when I requested this, I was told to pack it myself at 7 AM in the dining area, which was inconvenient and not what I expected.

1) Good location - near Sanfang Qixiang which is pretty central2) Daily housekeeping3) Considerate and thoughtful staff

1) Poor bathroom configuration - not much space for you to leave your toiletries out / put your clean clothes to wear after your shower.2) Bathroom wall is translucent
