Cons -
- They require a main land chinese Phone number to communicate.Had to ask fellow passangers to give arrival information etc
- The wait time for airport pick up may vary. If busy, it may take a while. But the driver is super friendly and helpful.
- Smoking in the building, including a couple of guys smoking whilst I was IN THE LIFT. Not much else around there besides the hotel but we were only in transit anyway

The size of the room was excellent, the breakfast was decent. The lady at the front desk did he best as we didn't speak Chinese and she did not speak English
