The front desk staff was so friendly and accomodating.i arrived rather early about 9am and she helped to look for a vacant room that has been housekeeped. I was rather tired after a 9.5 hours overnight train ride from Hunan and that was the nicest warmest welcome!
Clean and spacious room, comfortable bedding, nice city view, delicious breakfast, free Laundry with washer and dryers.

Cons -

The common area toilet was quite dirty when I had to do my nature call it wasn't that comfy but forgiven as it might be the guest's fault. The gym was good however rather basic.
Toilet paper is not installed when I first enter room, solved after I called front desk. Receptionist is not well-trained, whispering in front of guest. Did not accept my Capitol one Visa card for payment.
