Parking is a bit small. we should serve breakfast or brunch.

Initial room provided was very small however this was changed to meet our satisfaction

There should be a lounge area in the hotel for relaxation

Cleanliness and location of the hotel. Friendliness of the staff and recommendations of places to go to around i.e. we wanted to watch eat and watch rugby and they recommended a great place.

The body wash bottles were empty and therefore we had to rely on the small soap we had brought as we discovered this while in the shower. This almost resulted in an accident as my partner had to step out of the shower wet to grab the soap and he slipped while stepping back into the shower.

Quick easy check in. Clean room, spacious bathroom. Quiet street. Secure parking

10am check out time is a bit early. Breakfast srved 8-9am so doesnt leave time to do parkrun and get back for breakfast before having to leave.

Price is not bad

The room was stuffy and the shower didnt want to drain so the whole room got flooded

Cleaning services are a bit slow. Mopping the floors of reception at check out time. Cleaning equipment left in the stairwell and passages. Little things needed attention like broken or dirty skirting boards etc.

Value for money, currently being renovated, secure parking, good location

Honest staff.. I almost left/forgot my IPhone in the room and the housekeeping lady came running to give it to me. To think I wouldn't even have known that's where I could have misplaced it, that for me was OMG.. Shem didn't take her name down.

Convenient location (away from noise but not far from the main road), highly welcoming and professional staff.

The rooms are clean and smells good I like the fact that there's aircon in the rooms the staff is so amazing they friendly too. I want to try there food next time otherwise everything is fine.

Good secure parking and comfortable bed.

I booked specifically as the hotel had wifi and secure parking. Parking was ok. WiFi wasn’t working. Shower head needed to be replaced.

We slept on dirty sheets they had food stains, it clearly shows that they didn't change the sheets after previous people checked out, I had hope that the next day they would change the sheets instead they covered stains with a green cloth.the place had dead insect on the floors the kettle was dirty, their towels didnt smell nice. I wasn't happy at all

I like the shower and furniture.
