Clean and well decorated
Check in was 23:30. We were very tired after a long drive. There were 2 couples in front of us and we had to wait over 20 minutes to receive our room key
The place was clean, staff was friendly and service was best, it was quiet and nice at the time we arrived and we had peaceful sleep. I loved the fact that there was an ironing board and iron in the room. ?
Take precautions of the rubber mat in the Shower area….it is very dangerous and slippery? An additional of two chairs in the room will be appreciated.

Icould not sleep because i was feeling hot. Could not switch on the aircon as it was dripping water. It was dripping like a tap of water was open.

The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was to die for and the beds were really comfy. I also loved the world cup set up downstairs.
There's a bit of a stench coming from the toilet, and I wish the toilet was a complete room that is separate from the bedroom. The ladies who clean there were not really friendly. My access card would not open after I came back from breakfast and when I wanted to ask them for help they just ignored me.

The staff was not friendly or helpful, and did not even carry the luggage to the room, and residents was pensioners.

First room booked into, lock was broken, moved rooms and basin was leaking and only one plug working hence changing plugs to boil kettle charge phones etc. Reported it but no one fixed it the duration of stay.Restaurant not very clean, used toothpics and bits of paper on floor. Food not great, sent back 2 steak meals.
Check in was hassle free, the staff were friendly and always ready to give a helping hand, the room was to my expectations, the facilities were up to standard and as always the best breakfast ever .
There is absolutely nothing to actually not like, I would say the TV doesn't have enough channels but I was not there for that.

Swimming pool, the moobar, the fact that they have solar during loadshedding, they also have an ironing board and iron which came in handy for my trip. The breakfast was also lovely they have a large menu to be honest.
There is nothing to dislike about the facilities. Just note that the check out time is 11am not 12.
