the hotel whilst staff were pleasant & helpful was showing its age , dark & dingy , TV in room was not working although Ben the technical man was extremely helpful & relocated me to another room.could do with a bit of tidy up with lighter colour floors in corridors etc.

Clean sheets and room was well sized.

Parking is a issue, however it did seem vehicles were safe, Hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

The bathroom was very, very small for 3 peopleWe only had 2 coffee cups in our room for 3 peopleWe initially had 2 towels for 3 peopleNot enough lights in the room

Location is great and staff are friendly. However the establishment is very dated and could use a serious upgrade.

A bit cold no carpet or side mat and aircon not working Tv less channels.But the staff is friendly from the gate till reasturant especially the cappuccino maker the guy was respectful

The noise from the neighbours and the fact that it was a co-joined room

The breakfast was good for survival, however, it had very limited options. I attributed this to Cost Cutting exercise.

Expand the buffet options for breakfast.

The place was not old people friendly like my elderly parents could not go up the stairs but luckily managed to get a room downstairs for them

It’s very clean staff is very friendly

Their sewage system needs to be sorted out that is very bad for business guest cannot be staying and inhaling sewege smell kicking back to your accommodation area .

For my son complains about the pool that is deep seems like they are not accommodated

The breakfast was average. The location was not difficult to find

Most probably the hotel is a 3-star hotel, therefore it is suitable for a 3-star hotel.Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean & the pool was a relief for the kids in the hot summer heat.

The walls are like sieves, very noisy, can hear everything from the hallways. We had the unfortunate luck, to be there during some sort of function, so between the loud music and drunk people in the hallways, we had no sleep. But it was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Basin damaged. Could not drain water. Room extractor and air con not working

The small step in shower can be a slipping hazard.

The staff was friendly and quick.

The bathroom is small. Swimming pool small and not child friendly

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. Food was great.

It was a bit difficult to get to my room. No signage to give clear direction to the room location. Lighting at the back lacking.
