Bedroom breakfast option and extra towels placed in advance

Rooms not as advertised and bathroom shower

Breakfast was good and enough. In case something finished on the table the aiders organising them immediately. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I also liked the people working on the reception, they are welcoming and helpful. I felt being home away from home.

Confusion about check out time, whether is 10 or 12. May it will be better if you specify on the bookings that checkout time is 10 not 12. But otherwise, I enjoy my stay at your hotel. I wished I could stay longer

It’s very clean

The room was not as expected as seen on bookings.com and had to pay breakfast separate at the facility for my partner even when they said breakfast is included in the price when I booked online. There was a lot of noise. Was not value for money. I am actually disappointed.

Its central and next to the shops. It is convenient, it can work for business.

The room was not that cosy for a couple to celebrate the birthday, on the internet they promised that they provide high speed internet however we were not even given passwords for that matter, during breakfast the ladies were not even sure if breakfast was included or not on the amount paid, I had to explain myself first. Oh I was so bored honestly!. They were not organized. In future prioritise clients at all costs.

Saving is something else, the breakfast was not worth it we asked for toast and no toast was provided, bacon was oily, breakfast was a disaster

The Breakfast

They gave me a room with dirty bedding and pillows I requested another room which was a bit better, but the bathroom bath tap was releasing brown water.I was scared taking a bath because of the dirty water.

The only thing I liked was the friendly staff, we even manage to get Breakfast after the closing hour (the place has a horrible breakfast time, from 6:00 to 8:30).

I have paid 3 times less for better. I paid the same for a luxury Hotel in Sandton.Rooms are very basic, don't even have a safe. VERY COLD, thin glass on windows, super cold floor, I had to put the extra thick blanket on the floor so I could go to the toilet at night. You do not sleep without heating A/C on.Construction was poor. Even the toiled was slanted.I was woken up all three days by the "house keeping" before 8 am!!! Do they think everyone wakes up with the chickens?? Is it prohibited for the guests to wake up at their own time? What IDIOCY is this?? I could accept around 10am but not before 8...

The room I slept in was old and dilapidated.I paid for dinner and breakfast but I had to fight just to get food because I was told that it is finished.I went to work without an ironed shirt because de was no electricity

Disappointing

The foyer of the hotel is first class, however when you go up stairs to the rooms they are stuck in a timewarp ! The bed was very comfortable the bath was great, however the bath had been repainted with enamel paint, which was everywhere, all over the taps and the plug ! The colour of the room was a terrible burnt orange on two sides and incredibly. small. My main complaint was there was only one hand towel in the bathroom, which my husband used. I called housekeeping and eventually after about an hour they came with another small blue handtowel, apologising for the colour she handed it to me. When I enquired why such a small bath towel, I was told cant you see the weather its cold so the towels are not drying !!!!! Surely they own more towels. !!!

The place was revamped

Almost everything. Service was pathetic. Shower didn't work properly both shower heads leaking. 1 glass 1 coffer and 1 set of towels and we were two people who stayed there. The view was terrible looking the back yard
