The hotel is well-kept, clean, and spacious. The staff are very kind, polite and helpful.

The best hotel I've stayed at during my China trip. Easy to find (15F of Building 4) with the nicest staff. Rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. The elevator reviews by other guests were honestly a non-problem, we had no issues with it. Very large mall in the ground floor divided by 4 halls/buildings. Lots of restaurant options and a convenience store also just outside the building lobby. Self-service laundry room was a plus. Fairly good breakfast choices.

Quite far from the city center/Jiefangbei area, but we didn't go there often so we don't mind.

The hotel is very nice, wonderfully located with big and comfortable rooms. I felt spoiled all the time long. Great value for money, very satisfied!

My stay was more than satisfactory and my evaluation is excellent. I would like just to provide a couple of ideas for improving even more the level of service. 1) To arrive in the hotel is not so easy because the entrance is quite hidden in a secondary street. Maybe it would be a great idea to provide more detailed information to clients by email, maybe even attaching some photos. Breakfast was good, but more options for westners would be highly appreciated

Location was great, convenient as it is next to a big shopping mall and many eateries, convenience stores and drink places. It made it easy to buy things and snacks when needed. Food delivery was also very convenient to the hotel. It was walking distance to Shiyoulu station which was also very close to most tourist attractions.

Water heating was a bit temperamental at times but otherwise was good. Nothing else

The hotel is within the business building. Sicnce it's on the 15th floor, if you wanna get down to the Ground floor at 6pm, you might need to take the stairs and walk all the way down for 15 floors, which will take you about 5-6 minutes. I guess you could do that once in a while to train your muscles and legs... ^-^

Staff was super accommodating, location was good and close to metros and a huge shopping mall. Loved the breakfast, always fresh fruit and the classic spicy noodles from Chongqing available! The room was spacious

Soundproofing was the worse I’ve seen in a hotel so far, unfortunately! We used the earplugs that the hotel gave us but on the occasion that my boyfriend’s earplug slipped out in the middle of the night, he could hear loud and clear a group of people play mahjong up until 4am… Also, the bathroom lighting could be better, it was a little dim, and the hotel is only just one level in a building, which was annoying as lifts were slow because so many people were using them.

Only negative thing is the lift. Can take 5-10 minutes to go up or down as there is many people living in the building

Huge rooms with a comfortable sofa. The views are great, the beds comfortable and the breakfast is pretty decent (for China). The Hotel is located right above a shopping centre so there are tons of food options around. Just be aware that the main attractions in the inmer city are 20-30 minutes away by car.

The hotel was beautiful, in amazing locality (Subway station shiyou road was 3 minutes away). They cleaned our room every single day and really cared for our comfort. It was really amazing 100% recommend

Spacious and clean room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is literally above the mall and easy accessible!

The breakfast is simple. However there are enough breakfast spots around the hotel.

Close to the metro station. Very quiet, water and beers inside the fridge all you can drink for free, excellent staff which listens to your (special) requests, free laundry service except for underwear and socks.

If you can’t speak Chinese, it is maybe a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance as it is located on the 15th floor / it’s hidden and can’t be spotted from the outside as the building doesn’t look like a hotel at all.

The room was big, the bathroom nice, the doors are very loud tho while closing of squeaking, there could be some improvement, in the morning I woke up by slamming doors. The cleaning was very good, my compliments for the people who do that. Every time new towels, although I don't mind using them for two days. The reception was so nice to translate by app. The reception is on the 15th floor.

Breakfast was very summier and hardly any variation in days. One small pack of butter and 1 cup of marmelade or peanut butter. Not much variation for western guests, like me, because every morning I saw foreigners, so could be bit more diversity. Also one type of coffee. On the other hand there won't be much waste, which is good for the environment. And I booked for more days but the hotel asked twice as much as the app did. Also the name Bloom Boutique is not to find on western maps on the phone.

The hotel was a nice hotel, albeit on the 15th floor of a building next to the huge Paradise Walk mall. It wasn't made clear where the hotel was so we had some difficulty finding it. Room was quite spacious and quiet and all the amenities listed on booking were accurately described. Staff, with help from Microsoft translate, was responsive and breakfast was a good selection every morning. Being located by the mall, there was an inexhaustible number of restaurants from which to choose.

I probably didn't look too closely at the map or mis-judged distances but this hotel is really not located anywhere close to major tourist attractions; in fact, it isn't even in the same neighborhood or district. On the other hand, there is excellent (and cheap) metro access and taxis aren't too expensive.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get around with the metro station about 5-10 minutes walking distance. Modern room features especially with the ease of adjusting lighting from bed!

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great location, making easy to reach the train station, shopping mall, restaurants, and public transport.

The front desk staff are excellent. Very helpful in helping me to get to obscure destinations, booking a taxi for me and even helping me to some alteration done by a tailor.There is a big shopping complex just next door which has a great range of restaurants.
