The bed. I needed a sturdy bed but it was sagging in the middle so it was uncomfortable.

Location is good.

Breakfast not a lot of varieties. Don't change much from day to day.

Location, facilities, hospitality and comfort and spaciousness of the room. I would especially like to thank Jason and Sophie at the front desk who are very professional and courteous in taking care of guest’s needs.

The staffs especially Jim the concierge is very attentive, helpful ???

The decor of the room is a bit old , archaic in renovation

Very clean, quiet Staff at check in - JASON - was super helpful as we checked in at almost midnight.

The staff were absolutely incredible, in particular helping us with special dietary requirements and with finding and couriering to me an object I had left behind.

We could not connect to WiFi

The room was stuffy . No windows to open ,also I can’t adjust the temperature. They sprayed too much air freshener in lobby. The smell was very strong.

We couldn’t cool the room down, and it was hard to sleep because room too hot ? Breakfast was not really nice, very average.

Location is very good, near tourist attractions like Jiefangbei, hongyadong etc and there are many eateries nearby. Room is clean and spacious but I find the pillows abit flat, not very comfortable.Jack from the concierge is very helpful, he helped us to book our tour to Wulong Karst Geological Park and get the tickets for Chongqing 1949 performances. Not many staff could speak English so maybe a problem for non-English speaking guests.

Location is very convenient, especially if it's your first time in CQ and you want to see a lot of the stuff in Yuzhong.Breakfast is varied and tasty.Gym has a decent selection of machines and dumbells to suit most people.Executive lounge is very convenient with decent food and drink offerings.Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's Marriott, so rather dated American style and everything is a little tired.Beds are a touch firm.The afternoon tea would be better with more savoury items.The mini-bar was locked...probably a good thing!Shower door opens in an absurdly awkward way - larger people may struggle to get in and out.

The breakfast was pretty ordinarily. The location is however very good as it is within walking distance to most of the sites of interests.

My booking was for an Executive Suite of 1010 sq ft. but I was downgraded to an ordinarily suite of 764 sq ft. The reason given to me was the type of room (I booked) was not available. They were given to other guests. I just wonder what is the point of booking. Also I wasn't given a refund of the price difference. When you ask for an upgrade you have to pay more but not the other way round. It was very unfair.

The room was clean. The food in the buffet was okay.

I was disturbed by noises from the adjacent room.

Great location and clean rooms

Drawers and wardrobe doors were in bad shape, spa facilities were dated and bot working, only very few people could speak English even with use of translator which meant no proper service not even a simple dry clean service without at least half an hour of trying…

The lobby is pretty and staff are generally helpful.

Rooms are slightly old looking and Pillow are not so comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff! Especially Jack was very helpfull.Breakfast was also nice, great variety of food.The rooms are big and comfy bed.

One morning there was construction going on our floor, they could have warned us about this.

Friendly front desk staff, and the Concierge staff by the name of Jason is exceptionally helpful in assisting us with our stay and guiding us navigate the Chongqing city.

The location is very good, very near to jiefangbei, hongyadong and all. The room is spacious. The staff is very helpful and the house keeping is very good.

The lounge food choices are limited.

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenientThe staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

The food selection and variety in the lounge cold be better and more variable. Only Moscato as sparkling does not work for people who like to drink Brut or dry sparkling wine.

Great place and value for money. Good breakfast and room
