What Guests Loved
Pros +
- Very conveniently near to malls & train station. The hotel is equip with aircon that can easily switch cold or heater mode.
- room, facility
- The hotel has a good location, comfortable beds and a pleasant bathroom.Perfect to spend a few days to explore Kunming.
Cons -
- The hotel has power trip everyday. Room is very small. Abit noisy downstairs by 8am because of shops and can hear very well for opposite room commotion at 12midnight and 7am. The receptionist is unable to call taxi for me. The street on the right side of the hotel is in total darkness at night, unfortunately that is the direction where the train station is.
- poor staff service
- The only downside was that we didn't get a reply on our question if it was possible to check in earlier. When we arrived we were able to check in right away!

Clean, efficient, near to the Kunming Railway station. It's a chain hotel, so the quality is kept to a certain standard.Try the grilled sausage next to the hotel entrance if you get the chance.
Walls are a little thin and I'm a light sleeper, so I kept waking up, but my family slept fine.
Able to early check-in, cleanliness, spacious room, comfortable, strategic location
Front desk staff not friendly, not helpful, not smiling
Very clean and new, cost effective, less than 10min. walk distance from the main train station. Quick check in and out.
The location is great. It's near the subway station "South Ring Road" exit B. I can also walk to Kunming Railway Station.
The staff cannot speak English. The room is quite old and it is not clean as I expect.
Clean and close to Kunming railways station
The staff cant speck English
Clean, quiet room, recommend for everyone who hast to stay close to kunming railway station
No English speaking staff at the reception but the lady used a translator and was really nice
Walking distance from the station. Clean comfortable and modern! Great bathrooms. Nice beds.
Nothing is in English- not even the name! Im ok that staff also does not speak a single word but they were also untrained - kept asking strange passport related questions we didnt get in the previous 6 hotels we stayed at. In the morning we had some taxi issues and had to insist quite strongly for them to call us a taxi. They couldnt care less!
Clean room, good food for breakfast.
Room size is small
incompetent, ignorant, flesh girl in...
incompetent, ignorant, flesh girl in reception, the only word she knows is no! Incredible rudeness and ignorance! They don't know the laws or the documents released by their kunming authorities! Go back to school !!!
STAFF CAN SPEAK ENGLISH CLEAN ROOM
