Hyatt Regency Metropolitan Chongqing

I traveled with my boyfriend and we found the facility beautiful and definitely worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was, considering how well maintained and nice everything was. The location was great. Close to Times Square and right next to street food markets with beautiful surroundings. The shopping mall inside the hotel was really nice and there was many things to buy or do, and the garden was also a lovely~The staff was very nice, and even after we checked out early, they kindly let us keep our key card to use some of the facilities since we had spare time before heading to the airport.

The location is perfect—right in the city center with direct access to Raffles City, shopping, and dining. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful city views.The staff were professional and friendly, check-in was smooth, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing.

The location was superb. It was just a little way away from Jiefangbei with numerous malls and shops in walking distance, but since the hotel entrance was just a little off to the side away from the very crowded places, it was still quiet and cars could go drop and pick up at the lobby area with ease. Facilities was great- the gym was large and well-equipped. There was a sauna, steamroom and indoor pool.The design of the room was very modern and large as well. I particularly liked the small round table where we can have a meal. Also convenient access to charging ports on both sides of the bed.

The gym was well-equipped but would personally would like some barbells and racks for squatting, in place of the many treadmills.

Excellent location 150 m from the landmark Liberation Monument. Food and drinks were plentiful within a block away at the Haozhi Food Street. Metro Line 1 & 2 stations were 10 mins walk away and very convenient to visit other attractions. For those who wish to take a train to the airport, this would have been very convenient with 1 line transfer. Alternatively, a taxi to the airport during the day cost less than US$8

I was surprised the hotel was like in the heart of liberation square. Unexpected!The room is big for a family with 2 kids. Breakfast was great, as we stayed for 5 days, it was awesome. The room service was good too.For the price is not that expensive for a hotel brand.Love this hotel so convenient to main attractions or viral areas. The staffs were friendly too.

A very nice 5 star hotel nearby 解放碑，If you wish going to any attractions by walking, this is the best hotel.

Only need mention if the heat could turn down for few degrees at night time, thanks.

Location is very central, near the heart of the upscale shopping district in chongqing. Relatively easy to access the train station for travelling as well.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! Walkable distance to most of the attractions. There are so many food options just right below the hotel. The staff are courteous and friendly. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives!

about the room 2312, first issue: there is huge noise whenever neighbor or upfloor turn on the water or flushing in the toilet, causing we could not sleep well. Second issue: the bath tube sink is malfunction

Out of all the plus, the central location to reach all the tourists attractions are one of the most outstanding feature to consider for first timer in ChongQing, we can walk to all the attractions by foot, and easily accessed to all the nearby destinations by train or taxis

There are too many hotels around so taxi drivers tend to make mistake here and there by sending us back, most taxis do not know how to turn into the hotel stopping bay so we are always left outside one or two streets away to walk in ourselves, not very pleasant in the cold when temperature hit 4 degrees or under
