Glenvie ITC Plaza Chongqing - Former Glenview ITC

Location

There is no possible way that this is a 5-star hotel.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially from front desk Huang Hui Ming

Not satisfied with the pool and spa

We had a fantastic stay at Chongqing Glenview. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond—even helping us with a food delivery to our room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Chongqing’s main attractions. Excellent breakfast, with many options to choose from. Overall, excellent service, comfort, and location—I highly recommend it!

Huge rooms with excellent bathrooms, bed and bathrooms Super comfy beds Fantastic buffet breakfast with lots of choices Staff very friendly and helpful

The location is incredible, pretty much everything you want to do in Chongqing will be a 10 minute taxi. Some of the other attractions in the east and west are not too far either, since this location is rather central.I washed my clothes in the bathtub one day to save on using the laundry service for the hotel, and the cleaning staff saw this, brought in a portable clothes line and hung all my clothes for me. They went above and beyond.

Room is spacious. Central Location

A bit old.

Location was amazing. Walking distance from main attractions. Around a lot of places to eat or shopping. Room big and spacious with very comfortable bed. Also amazing view from the window.Great breakfasts. In the restaurant small playground for the kids. Very nice and friendly staff.Amazing place for the family. Can recommend it for 100%.

perfect location and friendly staff with good english made this a great stay. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of options.

too many light switches made it very confusing on how to turn off the night light. Wifi never worked.

Convenient location to center. Breakfast hours are great from 6:30am to 1:30pm

Bed is too soft. No safe box in the room. Breakfast choices could be better

Room was clean and location was exceptional

Toilet smelt like cigarettes

Centrally located, near to many shopping centres, restaurants, and within walking distance to the iconic landmarks and tourist attractions within Chongjing City. Great Breakfast

My second time here. Very popular hotel with unbeatable location and friendly staff. My suite had an amazing view, kitchenette and lots of space. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Everything is very close.

Barbell in the gym didn’t have enough weights.

The hotel located in the middle of the city center, close to many traveler's interests. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Room had smoking smell.

First class hotel. Everything was much better than you would expect. Fantastic location, great desk staff, spotlessly clean and a good breakfast.

Not a thing. Well, breakfast could improve slightly.
