- I am surprised to learn that I have been billed again to my credit card on 29 Dec 2024 after we checked out although I have already paid in advance on 19 October 2024. I have not agreed to this double deduction and look forward to a refund and some explanation.
- The room was quite old, carpet also not the best.
- Front office staff seems to be slightly “lost”, unsure of what their work. Checkin took quite while to settle. But nevertheless, they still get the job done.
