Their service is great and the breakfast excellent. The general manager is great lady.

The commission fee for railway ticket is too high, almost 55%!!!

This was my 2nd trip to the Chongqing Hilton. I consider it my home away from home. The staff was wonderful (minor money issue, but soon corrected). I would stay there over and over.

I understand this was China, but they need a few more English speaking skills for those of us who do not speak Mandarin. In the international world today ... this is needed.

Everyone was so polite, kind and caring. They worked hard on placing me. Clean --- WOW.

We absolutely loved the breakfast. The variety was incredible. It was a short 5 minute walk to the metro. The room and hotel in general is very clean.

A bit pricey but worth the extra for the breakfast buffet alone. It would be nice for a hotel of this size to have an English speaker available for answering questions about Chongqing tourist attractions.

The pool was quite cold (visit in December) and wasn’t too inviting.

The staff was very helpful with arranging our needs for Didi's travel. Especially for the last day, my wife was drunk because of baijiu and need an emergency care for hospitals and the manager was keen to assist quickly and they did not even charged the dirty towels (of vomits). Thank you so much , I really appreciate your kind assistance during our stay

Receptionists are not professional. Because, they supposed to deliver mail to me. I went there to make an inquiry still they didn't know.

Reception staff was not so welcoming and did not show willingness to be helpful and friendly.Room was very small and had two small beds for a 4 person room.Each bed could only fit one person as they were single beds.Room was very small.Location is a bit far from the main streets.

The location, once we found it (it’s a little hidden behind other buildings) was fantastic. Close to metro and all the sights of Chongqing. Extremely comfortable room and bed, with great block-out curtains and good ac. We slept very well! Very good breakfast included.

As with many large hotel chains, the decor is becoming a little dated. That said, it was very clean and well-maintained!

When we had an issue with no hot water in our allocated room, it was no trouble to switch rooms. Close to all amenities, short walk to the Red subway line, which is convenient to be able to commute to most attractions Chongqing offers.

The buffet spread is good. But too crowded at times and not enough seats. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries abundant. However, a little bit stingy in the offering of only 2 instant coffee packet each day.

Sometimes food are replenished slowly. The lift indication is not very clear. The internet connection sucks big time. I only have limited connections. The hotel staff tried to help me redo the connections but to no avail. Instructions on the wifi was also misleading.

Breakfast is good. Location is convenient as it is close to subway station. Room and facilities are outdated and requires a major facelift. Staff are friendly though.

I didn’t like that I was advised through booking.com prior to my stay that the bond is 1000 RMB (500 RMB per night), and I was then charged 2000 RMB when I arrived because I am a foreigner. While I had no issue paying more, the misinformation prior to arrival made us feel like we were treated differently and not trusted. The air conditioning in our room also did not work, and when set to cold the room was still heating.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful service, and good breakfast with Chinese and Western options.

Location can be a little further away, but think some guides to people on how to get their way around should help to solve the problem.

Service was beyond exceptional. Very impressed with how the staff treated their guests. We had difficulties with booking high-speed trains to another city and the staff went out of their way to help us. We also travelled with an elderly and did not realise that Chongqing was a city with steep pathways. The hotel was happy to lend us a wheelchair from the hotel. The location was amazing and very close to the train station. Extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Chongqing.

Honestly nothing to fault.

Location was great because it provides easy access to many places. Also, there were several eateries around.

Our room faced the stadium and every night loud music was playing from the square where dancing was taking place. The music stop only close to 9.30pm.Breakfast was ok but there were very few changes except for the cooked vegetables.
