Holiday Inn Express Chongqing Airport Zone By IHG

The staff was great made check in easy and arranged everything for departure. The room was also spacious and clean.

The room was 26 for my entire stay, day and night which was quite uncomfortable. The AC was set to 10 but no cool air ever came.

Free shuttle to airport! Miss Yan at reception desk is kind and helpful!

The surrounding area is full of factories with no restaurants nor supermarkets.

Value and cleanliness were exceptional

It was very difficult for taxi drivers to find the property. Our 1st driver gave up and made us get out. Our second driver also had great difficulty. Apple Maps doesn’t show the property. Google maps which we were told not to use, did show the property. I decided as a last resort to try it, and it worked.

Thank you Ms.Meredith Yan for a smooth check in and useful information! I think She’s the only person who can speak English here :)

Arrived early in the morning with airport pick up to the hotel

room is sgood but its just a short stay

the pick up did not turned up at airport despite few reminders, and even an email informing us of the pick up!!!!We got a rude shock as we have no contact number and no Chinese phone card.

Clean. Decent for the price.

Slightly friendlier staff on reception. Ordered a 6am pick up to airport. Driver didn't show up but the reception told us he must already have left. At 6:01am. But first they told us they had no record of the car being requested. We had called on the room phone down ti reception to order the car the night before.

Superb furnishing and very neat and right sizing. Bed was so comfortable that helped me relax…free shuttle to airport was the draw for me too

For last min shopping, it quite a ride out.

Airport shuttle Laundry service (but only if you’re a member)

Client smoking in the corridor, it stank in the room and nothing was done about it No eating in Expensive

Very clean and the room interior nice, staffs were very friendly, good location, close to airport

Very delicious, but there should be fried eggs. There's more variety in bacon. The location of the accommodation should be in the city. There are 24-hour shops where you can buy things or there is a lawson in the hotel for service.

It's time to communicate with employees. The staff looked suspicious as if they didn't understand the language.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us have a comfortable layover in Chongqing - hugely appreciated! Great breakfast and super helpful transfer.

Shuttle bus driver was very nice in the middle night pickup and breakfast was very good

the temperature was cold outside room during the winter

Airport pickup is so helpful and efficient. The breakfast in the morning is also so good! Great big room and comfy bed.

The bathroom was a little smelly when I arrived but by morning was better.

Clean and modern looking

Airport transfer only available every hour so if u miss one you need to wait for an hour.

New and stylish with all modern conveniences. Pick up service was good. Great staff services.

The hotel is very cosy n clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The service provided by the hotel was excellent.

The location is not so convenient for shopping

Spare room, nice staff,we are impressed by the warmed service when we stayed two nights at end of May,it’s quite close to the airport and shuttle bus (actually a car instead) is available when you are off from and to the airport.Easy to explore the city centre by taxi or metro.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Taxi could not find on map, we kept calling no one answered , we ended up sleeping in the airport.

My flight was delayed and arrived at CKG well after midnight but the pre-arranged hotel shuttle was prompt and driver was very responsive. Holiday Inn breakfast was excellent, hotel was very clean and nearby CKG. Highly recommended.
