It was ok and clean

The free airport shuttle never worked for us (they didn't pick us up though I gave flight details and tried to call once we arrived). For the way out, they only provide shuttle until 2pm.Breakfast is very simple.

The free airport pickup is good. But you have to make your way to a specific door on the departure floor to wait for the driver which was a little tedious. Otherwise all is good.

Very happy to help. Comfortable bed. Love the pillows. Free pickup from airport was a delight.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for westerners.

Nice hotel and close to the airport. Provide free airport pick and drop service. And give you a takeway breakfast if your flight is earlier than breakfast time.

The free airport shuttle is fabulous, although stops at 2pm. They have free laundry and dryer too, plus a gym. Excellent choice for a layover stay.

Disappointing

If you dont speak Chinese and would like to use the airport shuttle, it will be very hard for you. I waited more than 1 hour and had to ask 3 airport staff to make a call to the driver. The wechat was unresponsive.

I really liked the staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The room was clean, but as a non-smoker, I felt that the guests were smoking in this room.

The hotel is near to the airport (10mins by car) and I booked for one night during the transit. I had early morning flight and the hotel staffs were very helpful to get the shuttle service. Room was quite clean and wide. There are also many noodles shop near to the hotel and a supermarket within 5-10 mins walk. I really thanked one of the hotel staff, a lady who helped me a lot to find the noodles and check-in/out process with translation etc.

There is no refrigerator and no ice for service. And you should contact in advance to the hotel if you want to take a shuttle from airport to the hotel. The local taxi will go through highway and it will be far from the location.

good hotel, breakfast area needed some more western options though,no fried eggs only boiled eggs and two types of juice. Coffee was decent. Close to airport and free shuttle service.

No English speaking staff at the front desk. There should be at least one English speaking staff. Very hard to communicate.

Perfect location for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. Staff at the reception was very helpful, asissting with check-in procedure which was quite complicating without a chinese number (sichua airlines).

Unfortunately, the hotel allows smoking, our room had quite disgusting tobacco smell when we arrived. Though the hotel provides free tranfer to the airport (leaves every 30 min) it is quite uncomfortable as the van does not have a trunk and all the suitcases and backpacks were basically stuffed into the van between the rows or had to be placed on ones laps. Better take a taxi!

The staff Pan Xue is very helpful to cater our needs and very patient. I like the service they provided - very responsive. Airport transport convenient for us

The facilities are good.

There has to be english speaking staff. As the driver couldn't communicate in English I had a struggle trying to coordinate. Otherwise all good.
