Convenient location next to metro crossings, especially if you want to go to the station or airport. Good price.

The room was definitely too dirty and housed too many insects. The Wifi is slow.

I often stay in Da Zhen on my trips to Kunming. The rooms are spacy and comfy, the staff is very friendly and the booking process and payment have always gone smoothly. The location is very convenient, too. All that for sensible prices. It's a great option for anyone travelling on a limited budget.

The hotel is very conveniently located. To reach the metro station it's just a matter of crossing the street. Also the city center is walking distance...around ten minutes away. The staff members were really nice and my room was spacious and comfortable.

Great location, near the subway. Also easy to get didis. Room was nice and spacious, staff was nice. They provide drinking water everyday in the room (2 bottles). Price was great for being the holiday.

The room was generally clean, but as I knelt to pick up something that fell on the floor, I saw that the carpet wasn't cleaned under the beds. Also no air con , at times it got a bit hot, even opening the window.

Big room nice viev from the 23 th floor. Big bathroom water cooker, small kitchen. Huge bed.

Cheap price, spacious room & easy to go everywhere. The friendly hotel manager, even he can't speak English, was very helpful & try to help us using translator app.

Very convenient location with a great view of the city from our room. The room was decent and clean. Great value for the money.

The location is good, the staff are helpful, the room is huge and bright, however the place and the facilities are old, the phone is not working, the tv doesnt connect to tv box so can only watch local tv which was a minus as during our 4 nights stay, 3 days were raining and we had to stay in the room and not much to do, we can watch movies like most of the hotels in China have.

The rooms were ok.

We were conned when we requested for airport transfer from the hotel to Kunming Changshui Airport. We paid 500 yuan for 5 people for the transportation to airport. A guy from the hotel is the one who made the arrangement and we agreed for the transport to pick us from the hotel at 10 pm to catch our 2 am flight. They came with 2 vehicles, 1 old van with a lady driver and another 1 old taxi with a man driver. We were quite annoyed and surprised when the 2 vehicles came in such condition, but we tried to accomodate and not being fussy, 2 of us sat in the taxi while another 3 in the van together with the luggages. While on the road the 2 drivers were both communicating in chinese loudly via mobile phones making so much noise. We do not know exactly the location, around 11 pm, the van stopped at a petrol pump while the taxi stopped at another petrol pump. They kept on communicating in chinese loudly through their mobile phones. The taxi then drove to the petrol pump where the lady van waited. There they started making signs and speaking in chinese loudly which we don't understand at all, insisted us to get out and started removing the luggages to be put into the taxi and chasing all 5 of us to go into the van. They planned for the luggages to be put in the taxi and we all to be in the van. We refused as we don't understand why they need to do that when they can straight away drive us to the airport instead. We suspected they have ill intention, they may intend to run away with our luggages or taking us away somewhere. We don't know. They were making so much noise in chinese which we don't understand, chasing us to sit in the van. No idea what their relationship, probably husband and wife. I made a call to the hotel, the lady answered the call asked to speak to the guy and after speaking to him the lady told us to follow his instruction as he planned.

the room seem old.heater didn't function. but Thanks to the staff to bring the manual heater to our room so we can sleep comfortably. near the construction building, the lift area kind of dark. feel scary.

Clean, spacious, comfortable with a washing machine in my room, in excellent location. High level apt. gives a good city view. Closes to two subways(, if I spell correctly)

Location is very good and easy to find when exit from metro station.

This hotel is the best hotel ever I found in Kunming. Clean and spacious room, all needed facilities were in the room. Housekeeping was excellent. Check in and check out was hassele free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel location also very good. It is nearto downtown area. Metro excess is very close to hotel.

Staff friendly, not far from railway station

It is currently a building site around the hotel, rooms were very dated, no restaurant as indicated there was, no safe box in room as stated
