- We did not like the arrangement with the garage, because you have to register twice. Once in the hotel and then again for the garage, which is operated by another company.

- The restaurant gets a bit busy during breakfast when the hotel is full. But breakfast itself is great, good selection of food, drinks and fruit.No complementary drinking water in the room; only water in the minibar, at cost. Minibar has a good selction.

The breakfast and the service provided by the staff were impeccable. The only issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the SPA, which I can attribute to my attempt to use it at 8 p.m. Nevertheless, I will undoubtedly return on a future occasion!

Couldn't find any hotel instructions on the room (how to call reception, restaurant, timetables of services, etc.)
The staff were awesome. Reginaldo was extremely helpful and friendly. His english was very helpful as I'm Australian so it was good to have someone speak English. The food was great and accommodation clean and new. Being beside a major shopping centre helped as well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting great accommodation in Cruçiuma.

Hotel was well placed near city center and next to a nice mall with food options. The hotel was new and clean with great staff and excellent rooms. We raise bees so it was good to see that the area is known for good honey too!!I posted a picture of a beautiful falcon I saw on the ledge :-)
Actually there was nothing I didn't like.
The staff were superb. Simon at the reception very kind and supportive and Bittencourt very kind and supportive with breakfast and room service.
The heater took a bit longer to warm the room and it after son the temperature was very hot. I guess I needed more time to undesrtand how it worked properly.
