The Landmark Towers

The staff is great. Very nice team all the way from the front desk and janitor service.

Price of food is unreasonably high, especially for a hotel of this nature. Wonder why is rated five-star. The carpet on the hallway is molded. Air conditioner is hard to figure out. I just couldn't. Water is hard and salty.

Well located, rooms are clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff is also very sweet and courteous. Food was also good in taste and quality.

Very loud music during 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there. After complaining the first night, they didn’t listen at all and let it hapoen again. Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.Also no gesture was made to make ip for it when I checked out. Crazy.

Location was great near to Naveen Market

The public facilities on the ground floor had plenty of mosquitoes and construction noise (loud drilling and hammering) at 1am

Smooth check-in. Conveniently located , well presented staff with great customer service.

The breakfast was perfect with a large choice of Indian as well of non-Indian food. The personnel was very accommodation. The room was very nice with a great view on the city. The city around is not the nicest part of India, but this is another issue. When you our outsite, it is very easy to find the way to the hotel as it is the tallest building in the surrounding area. Room service worked well. The prices in the restaurant are clearly higher but in principle acceptable. Solely, the cost of Indian wine was somehow exaggerated.

In principle, the hotel cannot influence the surrounding area, so this cannot be considered as a reproach. The only minor issue which I observed is that the cost of Indian wines should be more reasonable (i.e. in Europe, it is common to add 100% to the price of the wine).

IN evening while i was checking no any staff available for valley parking , No security check

Even i booked from app they asked for money. As i have already attached the credit card for booking.

Breakfast was okay with good options both Indian and Intercontinental. Location is a big plus. Right in the centre of the city, close to a big shopping mall with lots of options to eat outside.

The staff was courteous and well-mannered. Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Location is good. Quite central in city. Food was good.

There was very strong new paint smell while dining in the restaurant. The hotel staff was not much concerned about it!

It’s the good old school hospitality where guest is offered with services like a mini bar in rooms etc (which most hotels are choosing not to provide in india these days!) I remember my stay here 8 years ago was exactly the same. Comfortable, classy and with great food!

Room was ok

No breakfast inclusion option, Check in desk not working for 45 minutes, electricity not on, Gym not operational. Not a good Experience!

The hotel was at a good location with clean rooms and comfortable amenities. The staff was polite and understanding

For a 5 star property either the rooms should have been noise insulated OR they should not have accepted individual booking when they had the hotel booked for marriage functions. The noise was deafening and continued till 2:00 pm in the night (despite complains to staff at 12:00 and 1:00 in night respectively) - which defeated the whole purpose of the staying the night.

Right from 8 am continously drilling was going on and I had a zoom meeting which I couldn't complete inspite of various requests to staff. It seems that since local person are given noise free rooms and we were given most noisy rooms

its a typical small town hotel, the staff was highly disorganized. Everything took hours

Reception lady is not good and experienced .

The receptionist lady in the morning tried to cheat us and increased the tariff of her own . We showed her every proof and even asked her to kindly check with the manager but she refused and charged extra for the room . She is ruining the property image in the market .

The reception staff is not experienced especially the lady who is there in the morning time . She tried to cheat us . She does not want to clear things and only superimpose her points to the customer . I request the property owner to kindly check her behaviour . Rest everything was good .
