I booked this hotel twice…. First time everything was in a very good condition and clean but on my next visit bed sheet and blanket were not clean and torn as well. Tv was not working .. Otherwise everything was fine . Ac was perfectly working and washroom was clean….

When I was doing booking it show other ammount but when I reached at reception I was charged more amount for same booking. I booked a complain but till date no response..Very unprofessional response from oyo.

Staff are not active at all. They didn’t reply back to your queries on time and when you reach the property they are not cooperative at all. Finally I had cancelled my booking after reaching to the hotel and book another hotel.

My booking price was around 1100 but I was charged 1300 because they said they will cancel the booking and don't provide the Room

They charged extra for breakfast even when it was included and when I wanted to stay another day they wanted cash and said I couldn’t book another day via booking.com even though I could as I showed them.

Nothing, The hotel manager was demanding more than the booking rate. Wasn't telling anything when i asked why you take more then. After that I ask with Oyo customer care . Then problem resolved.

Hotel manager ne towel bhi nahi diye chote se room ka charge bhi 1050rs tha. Please all my comment reader . Please is hotel me bhool se bhi na jaye. Saaf safai bhi kam kam tha mere bed k bagal me condom ka packet tha.

The hotel management is asking more money more than application amount

They are told they are not satisfied with application price its very low that's why asking more moneyYou will ensure your tie up hotel have charged more cash from customers

They charged us higher then the projected rate on Booking.com, and said to leave the hotel if we can't pay the increased price. We have booked the hotel at Rs. 865.00 but later paid 1200. Since we reach there with all our baggage and was night so we stayed. If this same thing happens again then we will go for some other booking app

The property charged more even after we kept on showing the actual fare. They said they are not doing business with oyo nor with booking.com at same rate so we need to pay 300 extra. This was at 1130 pm, they dint even inform us when we booked around 7pm. The road to reach was pathetic. And today I am seeing the booking says cancelled by property.

Had to cancel inspite of prior booking

Receptionist. In spite of booking he asked me to cancel as all rooms are occupied. We were in hurry to leave for another station for urgent work hence we didn't argue with him and checked in in nearby hotel

Be aware. SCAM HOTEL. This hotel gets booking at a said price and then they ask for double the amount. The location is terrible inside a lane with very bad road. They made me charge advance from OYO and then said we didn't take your booking from OYO. After I stayed and had to pay double the amount they took no responsibility of the advance of Rs 1300. When I reduced my stay to 1day and searched for different hotel, they are asking more money than booking.com for the single day as well.

Complimentary breakfast is not available. Food is good. Property owners hospitality is appreciable.Good room service and well behaved staff.Well maintained room.
