Pathetic

breakfast was included but not served, room was not maintained, bed one stand was broken

Our stay was comfortable and hassle free. The staff were very cooperative polite and courteous. The restaurants offered fine dining and the food was delicious. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was also good.

Had a tough time with mosquitoes. No hot water in the evening.

Never Ever Book this Hotel

Worst experience. I stayed here on 28th Jan-22.The staff here is very rude. If you ask anything even for a cup of tea they do not respond properly. The rooms and the items are not in good condition, dirty and unhygienic. The bedsheets were dirty and when asked about blanket they said we dont provide blankets. Rooms are available without any locks so there is no security. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
