Booked for location as it was close to the railway station but the stay was poor.

Rooms smell bad. Toilet seat wasbroken.

Horrible experience, in the midnight the hotel staff created a scene by not allowing my minor child to stay asking her signature. I had to call police to settle the things. The room given initially was dirty, there were blood stains on bedsheets, photos attached, room door knob was broken, only after my complaint my room was changed.

Behaviour of manager and staff and customer dealing is fantastic. Always responsive and attentive. Room service, Facilites, bathroom fittings and amenities like geyser, toiletries are upto the mark. Room has a Large 43inch Samsung LED TV (not smart one).

During our stay No houskeeping was done, No bed sheet and pillow cover changed. No drinking water source for boarders, dependancy on staff only. Minimum varieties of complimentary morning breakfast. Set top box was not provided by default. On demand it was connected yet no set top box remote provided. Maximum channels are not subscribed. Limited free channels are available. No intercom connection. Request placed on given mobile no only.

LOCATION IS VERY GOOD ,HOTEL IS CLEAN , CO-OPERATIVE

Looking at the earlier stay 3 days ago, we thought of better experience, but was totally unhappy.

The comforter was too dirty, when we asked him to change it, he simply changed the cover.We wanted to checkout early morning @ 6.00 and there was no water in the bathroom After calling the reception it took about 30 min to start the water in the bathroom and that too dripping. Also no hot water was available.Intercom not working.

The venue was exotic and the hotel fragrance smelled like royal

They charged 25 extra for water bottle which should be complimentary.

Very bad experience...door mat was not properly placed.instead of door mat they gave pillow towel..tea cup was broken from one side....brkfast quality was very poor..room very dirty..flash was broken...bed sheet has menu holes...over all very bad xperice

Timely breakfast startat 8.30 am too late. It should be 7.30. Moreover the cleanliness need to improve by appointing more staff
