Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow was truly comfortable and memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the delicious buffet breakfast. The team went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for a late check-in, rooms close to each other, and luggage storage after check-out, which made our stay seamless and stress-free.
The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was a definite highlight of our stay. However, we felt the overall experience lacked the premium polish and attention to detail we expect from the Hilton brand.
Had an amazing stay , comfortable room, lovely staff and delicious food , Mr. Kartik at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive ensuring my 3 year old son is fed well.

Room very stinky! Bedsheets were unclean & dirty, they don’t bother to maintain hygiene. Bathroom door knob was broken! Ordered room dining, they sent an uncooked pizza! Next day breakfast buffet served stale food!

The hotel property needs repairs. The room had dampness and the corridor carpets were worn out and need cleaning. The bathroom tub has been improperly fixed leading to the water coming on the bathroom floor while bathing.The reception staff though courteous were slightly careless and did not update my payment against my room No.417 as a result I was asked to pay again while checking out . It was only after some time that they discovered that the staff who had checked us in posted the payment made by me Rajneesh Behari Mathur against the name of my son Aman Mathur who had occupied the room 426 room. Thus I was asked to pay again while checking out.I checked in on 16th Feb'2025 and checkout out on 18th Feb'2025The hotel property did not meet the expectations of a HILTON property
