Smelly and damp rooms. Rooms Felt dirty. Weirdly Isolated location. Not following radisson standards and customer norms. Expensive.

It was a clean and well maintained hotel. There was a good value for money.

Then I entered in room some one is drilling above my room. After 5 calls to front desk room will be changed . Food was pathetic I order boondi rayta it's comes sweet after finishing my lunch it's come again very sour and 8.30 they told we don't have ice ?

The service starting from reception to room service was not 5 star. I liked the service at the restaurant though.

Room facilities, they took note of my request, food and staff were really good.

Food counter in the restaurant had cockroach. So, more cleaning is needed.

They don't have first aid kit. Comb kit in the washroom is missing.

I stayed in this hotel twice, and currently staying which is my second trip. I have chosen to stay in this hotel again because of its location however I regretted my decision for doing so after having gone thru with many issues lately.

1) Hotel is kind of smelly seems there is rain water peeped into so many places.2) Hotel staff isn't polite.3) Hotel ameties are not to the par of 5 star hotel.4) It took half an hour to arrange for a bell boy.5) Breakfast is limited to a type.6) Takes too long to execute a request.

it’s located in central Lucknow , near to main markets and business areas . the rooms are good , the restaurant , bar and food is great . The outside views are not too great as it’s midst of city .

Room was very dirty, carpet was like 100 years old. Room was very small too.I immediately checked out with in 5mins of checkin because property was really disappointing.

Staff. Front desk staff to dining hall, the hotel has best of Indian hospitality. I was particularly pleased to see the willingness to help attitude of the staff. Vinay at the reception and their assistant and two girls at the Cafeteria, and the chef (Sikh guy) were all great.

I would never believe that I was at Raddison, when I saw the condition of the carpet in the room. Needs replacement seriously.
