Cons -
- Service can be improved, during breakfast also i had to ask the staff 2,3 times to get something.I have stayed several times in lemon tree bangalore with excellent service but this one lacks that. Everything u need to ask them even simple things my bill, no staff to collect luggage.
- Breakfast suppose to be part of daily rent. When we checked in front desk asked for more money. That’s not nice. Maybe that’s normal in India but we came from US so it’s little strange. Any way you should say this when we book a room
- Blackouts.Aircon/Heat in room not working(got a heater).Bathroom has limited toiletries.Increase menu choice of western food.

Great food, comfortable room size, bathrooms, toilets, good ambience , bed. We had a comfortable stay.We went everwhere using the metro ,as the metro station was just outside the hotel

Nothing, literally nothing.
Everything, the rooms were dirty with awful smell and claustrophobic
Nice location plus hospitable staff and nice amenities
Rooms were spacious and well kept. Washroom was neat and clean. Bed sheets and linen was sparkling clean.
The breakfast was average with very little choice
Location close to airport. 10min drive. Interior decoration and foyer area decent. Staffs are good and helpful. Breakfast was decent.
Maintainence is a bit compromised. Damp smell around the lift lobby and corridors during daytime. Common toilets in the foyer area felt suffocating! The dinner menu was very basic. Got a 2Bed room for 6.5k. The window blinds appear very old. The bath area door didn't close fully, allowing water to spill outside the bath area. The most terrible was the wifi. They provide free wifi only for basic internet browsing for 2 devices; the speed was pathetic! Can't open a page properly, forget about social media and youtube browsing!! Very smartly they have kept a high-speed wifi option which you have to buy separately. Even smaller hotels and Cafe provides high speed wifi for their all customers for free! It seems Lemontree hotels doesn't have the same standards for basic facilities across all its locations in India but prices are nearly comparable. Can't go with name everytime!
Pathetic leeching attitude
There was no cleanliness, despite information room was not ready in time. Cleanliness was done after guests arrived in room. AC was not working and musltiple calls were ignored by hotel. Bill charged was rs 6870 which is higher than what was shown on app ( rs 5549) , no bill was provided bu the manager.
Staff no as helpful
Too costlyFood was really bad in tasteProper blankets not thereRoom temp was difficult to regulate
Location.
I booked an Air Conditioned (AC) room but they gave us a non AC room. We kept shivering the whole night. In their details of the room they had mentioned amenities included heater , AC, fire place. But none of that was provided. They are fraud.
Location
No Bar, half cooked and tasteless food
The location for this property is fantastic. It’s right next to the airport and metro station with easy and safe access to most places in lucknow. The staff was very helpful and flexible with my requests.
I would expect the healthcare and fitness facilities to be slightly better maintained. It seems a little run down owing to not many customers using it.
staff is good
Worst Value of money TOO Bad Dinner & breakfast very less number of dishes ,they use stainless crockery Used & Dirty TowelsRate @ less then 1Never Ever Stay there
Very comfortable beds. Easy access shower. Tea and bottled water in room. Great AC. TV. Nice views of the surrounding area and main road.
cleanliness and prompt response of staff
the food, location is a bit odd as its on highway and all night u can hear traffic noise but try to take rooms at the other end as its a vacant plot.
Very clean and comfortable with very professional staff. It is located right next to a metro station, which is a great way to get straight to the heart of Lucknow. Great breakfast too.
The food was a bit expensive.
The staff was amazing! They were very hospitable and helpful! 5 stars for them :)
The room was a bit old-fashioned. The menu for breakfast could be better and more diverse.
