Pros +
- Location
- Except location everything is hopeless. Repair work was a great headache. The hotel hid this information at the time of booking, did not put it on website. It cheated us by hiding this important fact. Constant loud noise made our stay miserable. Price was too high for the facilities provided. The sense of being cheated still hurts. Totally unprofessional and dishonest.
- The hotel is fantastic in all sense and have almost all necessary facilities. Location wise also is pretty nice. Staff is helpful/ Food is very good and value for money/ prompt service/ perfect no frills hotel with clean and big rooms and clean toilets
Cons -
- The room had a foul smell. It certainly doesn't deserve 3 star
- Comments given will tell you what better you need to do.
- There are 2 problems -# There is one club in front of the hotel, the most famous one in Lucknow I believe and few rooms can hear the loud music of theirs even from your room# The reception area can be little better - in terms of space, if a big group comes in its cramped

Location was great - prime place in Lucknow... though the approach road is not greatBfast was good with whatever served but spread was limited
Approach Road is not upto the mark. The Reception area is cramped and no place to move around if a large group comes in. Not enough stuff to manage the Check In, they sincerely need more stuff in reception.Lastly, there is a hotel beside Comfort Inn - which have parties every night and you can hear the sound of music till 12.30am in the night
The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel itself is a bit run down and the rooms reflect it. We had 3 rooms and there was a constant problem with hot water availability.
The rooms could have been better, they are definitely run down. The hotel's location is fairly central in the city, however, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance except for one.
Every member of staff I had dealings with was pleasant and polite. My room was clean and comfortable - and quite large. Breakfast was good - as was room service and the food they served.
While a nice property it was quite expensive - and I’m not sure it truly warrants what they charge.
Good breakfast and well times
Cleanliness could have been better specialy in toilets . There should be a mat provided inside toilets else it becomes very slippery.
Cernter location nearby market . Good
Location, Room is neat and clean
very near to most of the facilities.
in fact it’s renewing and increasing the standard.
The best part of the stay was breakfast… excellent..
A pair of clothes for wash could have been complimentary
With this price you can get good 4 star branded hotels in the vicinity.
Pricing is absorbitant.
