Service was excellent all around. The facilities are clean and functional. Great value for what it offers. Traffic is atrocious so you may choose based on location.

The rooms were beautifully maintained—spacious, clean, and equipped with all essential amenities. Service was outstanding, with special appreciation for Pawan Yadav, Chef Hitesh in the restaurant, and Karan from housekeeping, who carried out their responsibilities with genuine care and humility. The female staff members were also courteous and professional, interacting with guests in a warm and polite manner.

For tasks like dressing up or applying makeup, it would be helpful to have a designated area with brighter lighting than the rest of the room. The current lighting made it a bit challenging, though I managed. Still, I wanted to share this as part of my feedback.

The wait time for Breakfast!! Maybe because it was during the weekend but had to wait for 30 mins for a table.

I like almost everything their staff is well mannered very good food clean rooms, fast room service etc etc.

Just problem and that is non smoking rooms what if someone is a chainsmoker and have his room on the 6th floor there should be an option for that

Room amenities & bakery items in breakfast

Washbasin tap quite difficult to use due to its fixing on the edge of the bowl. Due weightage to be given to ease of use rather than design/ style

I stayed at this hotel for the first time for just one night, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, I requested a non-smoking room, and to my pleasant surprise, the front desk receptionist, Deepak, offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite room. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a perfect way to unwind after a long day of travel.Deepak’s courteous and professional service really stood out and made the stay memorable. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful upgrade. Would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others.

Breakfast seating is little cramped. Moving around becomes difficult.

No proper washroom door in room

Aditi in reception and Harshit chef in the restaurant were exceptional and out of the way helped.

I thought that I have booked a property which is value for money but it was pathetic.

Staff is not at all coordinated. I asked for water bottles, and got them after 35 minutes of begging and haggling with the staff. Left the key at reception for room cleaning but it wasn’t cleaned.

Friendly staffs, homely behaviour. Special thanks to Ms. RISHIKA and Ms. GEETA. They were fantastic, caring and very sweet.

This is rather suggestions, foul smell was noticeable from floor carpet.

The SPA was amazing . Hotel was good and the Breakfast was excellent.

Has only one set of lifts , so long wait times especially in the morning. Charges for Drivers stay were quite exorbitant for the facilities provided.

The hotel is not a five star hotel. Only because of name it cannot be a five star. The interiors of hotel is like a 3 star . Not good ambiance like five star.
