I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel treebo edesia and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many popular attractions and restaurants. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible service we received from the staff. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with warmth and hospitality. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff were also top-notch, keeping our room spotless and well-stocked with amenities. And when we had a special request, the staff were always happy to accommodate us.Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel treebo edesia to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was truly exceptional.

I have checked in at 11:30 P.M. but at midnight hour too staff was alert and very supportive.Specially Manuraj from front desk helped us for smooth check in at odd hours of the day. Even in the morning check out was very smooth....even front desk person booked and dropped us in cab for further journey. Room was clean n good with all basic amenities.

There was no service telephone in room, no windows so bit suffocating, Television was there but with limited channels, in which I was not interested.

Nice decors, easy on the eye, comfortable yellow lighting, clean bathrooms, hot water kettle and tea available in the room, 24 hrs reception, regular cleaning

I was expecting a window in the room, because of the photos. I think they should mention that there could be no windows. Makes the room claustrophobic for me.

The location is good

The AC was making noise whole night like a generator and the bedsheet was dirty with hairs all over

Not good, will not recommend to others

As compared with other Treebo hotels it’s not the same, can not trust pictures, bedsheets and pillows are in dirty

"Great hotel: clean rooms, friendly staff, good location, and affordable prices. Highly recommended

Overall great experience. It was my second time and there is no complaint. It's a nice place for a family stay and staff behavior was also nice.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Loved the Location and atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance. Dinner here was also great.

he food ,the service, the views, the atmosphere, everything was outstanding!!

Hidden gem with exquisite decor, top-notch dining, and attentive staff.

Excellent Location. 4kms away. Nice A.C. rooms with hot water shower. we also had a balcony.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

The room was clean. The afternoon security guard was a breath of fresh air. So polite and helpful. Overall the rooms were clean and big at least plus the breakfast was delicious.

I struggled to get the shower working and there was no warm water. There was such a strong smell of paint in the hallways it gave me head aches. The card machine apparantly did not work for foreigners, so we were inconvenienced by looking for ATM's to draw cash. Huge lamguagw barrier and we struggled to understand the front desk operater. The hotel windows and reception are is not clean. It was so bad I actually asked to 1st see what the room looks like before we check in.There was a mess up withe booking. I booked Treebo Trend Edesia and ended up staying in Shivam Inn.

location

bathroom had a weird smell with no exhaust. No windows in the room , not even windows covered with glass, which was total shock. Not many options for breakfast they’ll serve whatever is prepared for the day.

Soap was not present for bathTowel was given after asked. No hair oil

Ok

Location is Good

The room was not clean. Staff behavior was also very dirty. There was no facility, they were not even able to provide food.
