Heritage Hotel

They didn't answer my request for cancellation when I told them I was leaving because no internet.

We reached there by 9:30 and we got the room within few minutes not much formalities. The staff was very good and respectful and the place and room also very clean and nice.

Close to the railway station.Safety.

Cleanliness could be improved as it has a wedding space associated with it. The place could be more economical.

The Manager was cooperative and location was fine

Rooms were very unhygienic and lots of stain on linen and all the places was there. Like there was no maintenance. We had to change the room. Thankfully we were staying just for a night. Not value for money.

Location and service.

Cleanliness was missing. Toilet or washrooms was dirty and required cleaning at the time of check-in. Rest all was good.

Location is good, staff behaviour is good. Food is average.

Washrooms are untidy. They do not change bedsheets. Need to have clean bathrooms.

The location, right near Lucknow junction. Beautiful authentic decor. Excellent courteous staff. Picture-perfect courtyard. The bed was okay. The view from the window and the natural light coming through the window was excellent in the morning.

The water in the toilet tank fills extremely slow; just drops. It will take hours to fill. This was the same situation in the two different rooms we were shown. The same situation with shower. You better not be in an emergency to use any of the toilets. No towels. No toilet paper. Just the room. Even the public restroom on the ground floor only had a fully broken which will not hold water at all. That was gross. No way to wash your behind or front after you are done with your work. This situation was criminal. They need to fix all the bathrooms before anyone should rent here.

the hotel has basic amenities, basic neatness maintained, staff are very co-operative, good desi khana.

The room initially given was small but on request a good room was provided

Rooms,location

Food is not at all good, except food other everything is rated 8 out of ten

Service and location

Bedding is not good smelling in pillows, itinary in toilets is not proper

over all ok

bathrooms not upto the mark.needs lot of updation n renovation. shabby condition.

We ordered only Daal roti on arrival day but Daal was prepared very poorly. Then we decided not to take any food in hotel.

Situation of the room was awkward. Without getting wet due to rain we could not reach our room from reception. Lift was closed as raining water got inside the lift.

I am not a paid writer, but I am a frequent traveller. Everything was perfact, no issue with website rates and check-in, even we were provided super deluxe room which was quite large as compared to other hotels. Room was neat and clean. We had breakfast and a dinner, but quality and quantity was sufficient and quite good. Best place to stay for shopping, food, metro etc. everything is nearby. One auto driver: Jaswant - +91 73950 74181 can be contacted for new comer, he quite humble natured, and helpful guide, recommended for shopping, food, sight-seeing etc. in Lucknow.

Nothing except the location is in the city centre, yet calm and quiet, no issues at all.

Close to main train station and city centre.

There was no Elevator (lift). It is still being installed. Walls were covered with thatched bamboo. Seems that they were not plastered.

Service, location

Food, bath plumbing

As we had to leave for airport early in the morning, but there was no hot water for bath,so also requested for tea/breakfast before leaving it was refused, although breakfast was included in room tariff

The hotel is clean and hygienic except for a few reasons.

The blankets and bed sheets have lipsticks stains and are not properly clean. I suggest the staff were more careful next time.

location

Unclean, poor maintenance, breakfast was very basic and not filling.

Friendly staffProperty has a bit of character & charmClean room & bathroom, comfortable bed with clean white sheets & pillowsNo restaurant but has room service with good foodA market area with a few restaurants & food carts is 5 minutes walk awayThe magnificent Lucknow Charbagh Railway Station is close by (you can hear it slightly from the hotel but it's not a problem), the hotel itself is quietA metro station is a few minutes walk away too

There was a urinal in my bathroom as well as a toilet which was ugly & unnecessary

The Heritage Hotel is in a good location 10 minutes by tuk tuk from the prime shopping and restaurant area of Lucknow. The staff were helpful and friendly and our breakfast was simple but adequate.

The hotel does not really have a central cafe/dining area for eating breakfast so we had breakfast delivered to our room. We like a “dining area” so that we can meet with and talk with other guests. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom but the staff did their best to resolve them quickly.
