Super professional kind and always willing to help with good attitude. I haven’t got this amazing feeling from any other hotels. I had some eye emergency and management help me without any hesitation l won’t this kind of service any where take care of each customer personally.

The breakfast was great with an elaborate spread. The location of the hotel is a little away from the city centre, but it is worth staying in spite of the distance.

The wash basin in my room 506 needs a replacement as it has got a few stains.

I start by mentioning the smiling faces of all the staff all the time. Everybody was active, kind, courteous and helpful. I thank the organisation from the deep of my heart. The swimming pool was very good without the horror of chlorine. We enjoyed all the three days in the pool. The food in the restaurant along with the live music in the evening was awesome. The room was too good. The hotel is beautiful and can be explored by walking. The room service and cleaning were regular. We shall visit again for sure.

Specious, poshy with and army of workers.The bed, bathroom and breakfast was top level.Some exceptional workers, while one in head staff bullied workers loudly in the restaurant infront of costumers.The Entrance and front surrounding of complex is nearly finished and looks impressive.Big window but old paint stains on the outside killed complete experience.

Backside of facilitiesPower went out several times per day, and the rfid electrical keys usally fails when this happens.But the army of workers usually responded quickly.Their wifi network was also an issue due to over restricted access.Indian loud and agressive bullying of workers infront of costumers eating in resturant is definitely not acceptable in any type of functioning society.Some workers seems to be not aware and forget you are there or ignore you. (trauma from bully?)Paint staines outside big window kills the view.I bit overpriced laundry.

Exceptional

The room AC do not cool properly. Even set at 18 C it never chilled below 23. Raised complaint but did not work. Probably to save electric bills they set like that but this compromises with guests comfort.

Exceptional staff and great food. Clean and nice room.

Staff behavior...specially wallet parking staff (Mr Santosh) . His behavior with the guests was pathetic. I had given written complaint to the GM but no action has been taken by hotel staff.

The staff at the reception and the restaurant। I appreciate the sincere efforts put in by Arjun at the restaurant, Gayatri Swati and Shanti at the reception.

The front desk at the spa was horrible. The lady at the spa tried to trick me. Although I desperately needed a massage I had to decline because of her unprofessionalism.I also did not like that the housekeeping ignored my request to replace the towels while I was away for breakfast. I had to call them twice after I was back.

Disappointed

First of all vary disappoint about driver stay bathroom vary dirty no human even enter hotel must take care of driver coming with us and in parking but washroom and breakfast arrangements even paid no problem

The food was amazing and the staff was very polite. The ambiance was good and the property was also good.

The property was good, but the rooms were unclean. Pillow covers were dirty and so was the bedsheet. The washroom was unclean. No hot water in the washroom. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, the bottle was just filled with lots of water.

The hotel was fantastic with friendly, helpful staff and a great restaurant.

The hotel is quite far outside of Lucknow so does take time to travel in for sightseeing. If you’re not planning on staying put at the hotel, or renting a car, it may not be the best option.

Very far from city, almost in the middle of nowhere

The hotel is on rhe highway which is very convenient. It has a grand building structure with very cordial staff right from the gate to the housekeeping.Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were eager to help. It was really very well managed. The variety was splendid. Really relished everything including the impeccable service.

The cleanliness was missing in some areas. The side lamps looked dated and unclean. One of our rooms was not having the hair dryer.One towel had a spot.

Our dining experience at their cafe was made exceptional by the member attending to us. If I recall correctly his name was Satish. Awesome service! ??It's kudos to the setup for fostering powers to take on spot decisions. Overall very happy with my stay here!
