It’s location and very peaceful ambience

In winter, they didn’t provide hot option in AC and delayed a lot in providing hot blower. Basin tap providing only hot water. Toiletries were available at counter but staff told me to use shower gel for all purposes. It was funny to hear.

How the hotel is SAVING on freebees and spoiling Treebos name

Although the treebo notification in the room showed that "complimentary breakfast" for room resident will be given,at the counter they wanted EXTRA payment.Very disapointing.We were a total of 5 persons and spent 2 full days/ nights.So breakfast expense was extra on us although our payment covered complimentary breakfast..NO toiletries were offered As such my review is BAD

Comfortable and convenient. Room was tidy and check-in was smooth. Breakfast could be better.

No working internet. Lift out of order. Promoting being near a mall but mall closed down. No fridge in room. No air conditioning. Limited breakfast items. Constant messages asking advance payment when condition was “no advance payment”.

Location was good if you need to be close to Max Hospital as we did. The Hotel is set back from the road but the road is very busy and noisy. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room was just next to reception and hence noisy. Even that close to reception, the internet kept cutting out. The shower didn't work so my son and I have bucket showers. Finding human hair in the bed is not a good sign. I cannot say if the bed had fresh sheets or not. The noise factor within the hotel is not what westerners expect. Loud voices outside the room and above the dragging of wooden furniture across the floor happened every nite even after midnite. Some of this was the staff and some inconsiderate other guests. We left a nite early even though we had paid and moved to a more expensive hotel that was quiet and maintained to a much higher standard.

1. The hotel has an extremely bad habit of not replying to guests who will be coming to stay. Before reaching Lucknow, I had asked few questions to the hotel several times and requested them to please reply but the hotel did not care to respond. All they responded was by sending payment link for advance payment. Due to this behaviour, I had to pay an extra amount which was a total surprise to me. Having no option to move elsewhere, I had to pay unwillingly. Even after I left the hotel, I communicated my concern and till now the hotel has not responded AT ALL (the hotel has sent me message for feedback).2. Booked room for one extra day (there was no guarantee for early check-in) although I checked- in only 4 hours ago for that extra day. Upon booking, I received message from hotel that my request is rejected. I could not understand the reason for rejection even though I paid for the extra day while I lived in the room just for 4 hours. As usual the hotel did not bother to explain reason for rejection.3. No seating arrangement available at the reception for the guests.4. Staff does not greet the guests while check-in and out time or whenever they meet guests. The reception person was sleeping in the corridor when I reached the hotel and I had to wake him up to begin check- in procedure.5. Staff is not properly advising guests how to reach place (when asked). I had to take help from passerby on the road.6. Rotten food or dead animals smell eminating from a room next to dining room in the basement. It seems that this room is full of filth being stored. Breakfast begins at 8.30 AM. On my last day, I requestd hotel to pack few fruits since I was checking- out early but the hotel did not accept my request and I left hotel without carrying any eatables. This phenomenon I have seen only in Indian hotel where they try to save money by not understanding the guests' request.7. After reading my reviews, hotel will not accept their shortcomings which is expected.

The rooms are very nice , clean and specious, everything was available in time, staff behavior very sweet and nice, they are available every moment. Restaurant food was awesome and breakfast buffet is very nice. I recommend everyone it's cheap and best hotel in your budget in lucknow.

One staff who respects and wishes morning every time he meets me …. his name is not known but I m seeing him since 7 to 8 years
