AC was not effectively working.

Location is good. Staff are profesional.

Breakfast Spread was satisfactory all the 3 days of our stay. Amt charged was value for money.the spread was good and the food is also good.

The wash room door does not prevent sound inside the washroom reach outside in the bedroom, which is embarrassing for the other companion staying in the room. there should be a curtain or something.

the staff service especially the staff at reception and at staff at the restaurant. they were very welcoming. there were small small facilities which were better than other hotels in the similar price range in lucknow.

Everything was good. price was a bit high though.

The hotel staff were fantastic, the most memorable were Rajat , Sailesh, Puruendra (all 3 from dining), Ariff (5th floor House Keeping), Satish Kumar, Arvind and Ram (from Security and car services) and Manish (front desk concierge). Satish was our expert driver and accommodating to our needs; he was very trustworthy. The ability to hire the car and driver was ideal. the breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. Food. Although spread is good no care taken for taste. Dosa had excessive salt. Chutney no salt at all. Coffee is made from instant powders. Coffee machine does not work. Order taken from QR Menus rejected on grounds of unavailability. Pricing too steep one Tea 390 and one curd rice 790.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding an unauthorized debit from my credit card for my recent stay at your hotel (March 14-17). Despite having settled the payment for two rooms upon check-in, your team made an error in calculating the amount for the third room.Three days after check-out, I received calls from your team informing me of the mistake and stating that I needed to pay for an additional night. As I was traveling abroad at the time, I requested that they wait for my return to India to verify and approve the transaction.To my surprise, team deducted the amount for one night from my credit card without my explicit approval or authorization. I am shocked and dismayed by this unauthorized transaction.Could you please explain how this occurred and who authorized the debit from my credit card without my consent? Why was it not possible for your team to wait for my approval before processing the transaction?

Nothing as the room was just ok and free breakfast is a thing best to be avoided.

Everything from the hotel pre-booked the amount from my card though it is clearly mentioned that the payment will be handled when the person checks inn. Even after informing the staff had no clue how it happened and what needed to be done. For 2 days the staff just passed time and at the end i just had to pay the difference and check out as the hotel had no answer to the questions.

Front desk was unwelcoming, quality of the room was subpar, the food was below average (except for the mutton curry in the buffet and the Indian a la carte dinner), service was slow, public restrooms were dirty. Overall, it was the worst Novotel we’ve stayed at internationally.

Personally only the size of room was OK. Rest all was not upto the mark.

Even after confirmed booking, i was forced to take smoker room even if i am not a smoker myself. Breakfast was not given even after paying hefty amount. Hair dryer was not available in the room, i had to call and ask for it.Overall it was was a very bad experience.

Bathroom amenities containers are very flimsy & inconvenient. Not including breakfast with the rates charged makes it unnecessarily expensive. Value for Money is low. Also Rs 600 charged more as shown on Booking.com

Breakfast and staff were quite courteous and helpful.

The air con in rooms had to be checked twice in two days in middle of night and rooms were mouldy as there was no ventilation.

The girl at the reception did not accomodate us with an extra room that I had forgotten to book. It took a lot of persuasion to let her give us another room. Sanjana, enrolled into their Accor membership that entitled 10% discount that she refused to extend to us.

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly courteous and assisted with any requests made. Central location helped with good proximity (by car) to major tourist /shopping areas. Staff at the reception area - Suruchi was quite calm while handling customers during peak hours of check-in The food spread during the breakfast & dinner was impressive offering lot of options. Combined with the excellent service from Amit, Simran, Shailesh, Rajat and Jaya made it a delightful experience.

Housekeep service was good with all amenities available. Minor, but staff could be more proactive while refilling during housekeeping services as few reminders had to be given.

I did not like it at all,it was a horrible experience I got hair strands and unwanted objects in the foodI am goin to complain in consumer court now

The staff was so rude and mean,they charged me extra amount without any bill The room was full of dust and my daughter got infection I am going to report to the consumer court now

Rooms, Location, Staff and the facilities

There was some temporary construction work going on the roof which made the sleep uncomfortable at night. This could have been planned or notified.
