The rooms were not properly cleaned .Furniture and other accessories are old ..Hotel needs renovation .

Honestly, I feel quite disappointed with this booking. I paid ₹18,000 for one night for two rooms, and the experience didn’t live up to expectations—definitely not on par with a Marriott-level hotel. The lobby had a bad odor when we walked in, and the rooms were too cramped to comfortably fit three people. The pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, wasn’t functional—and despite asking twice, we were just told it wasn’t available. Overall, the stay felt overpriced for what was offered. I need a refund asap

The breakfast is very good and well made.The staff especially is extremely courteous and hands on even though its a buffet,.They were all out to serve the guests living true to the lucknowi andaz of taking care of guests.Even the buffet dinner was very well prepared value for money.Definetely worth a second visit.

There was water drainage issue in the shower area. There was a weird smell in the reception area. while waiting no water was offered. This is not accepted from a 4 or 5 star category hotel.

The room was very small and the washroom smaller didn’t match the photos on the site

The staff at the entrance is well-behaved and very courteous. Location is also good.

The room, cleanliness, and cleaning staff all need to work. It was so bad that I thought it might not even be the real Marriot.

Breakfast was fine. Expected Marriot to be more luxurious.

Since it was a double occupancy room, having a single chair was little uncomfortable. Maybe having an extra chair or bench sofa kind of furniture item would help while having snacks or meals in the room.

property is centrally located, average clean.

The staff was not very cooperative. we had 4 rooms at the property. one of our room was checked out while we were away. Bags were removed without permission leaving the purse and kits behind. after 30 minutes of inquiry and running after staff we found the bags . the manager or front desk refused to comment on the sand and no action taken. It was very sad to see such a response. I asked them to share the corporate email and the team at front desk gave me his personal business card which is of no use. Luckily there was no valuables in the bags . This is completely irresponsible of a Marriott propertyto behave in such a manner.
