Excellent location at Ganga ghat, once in a lifetime experience , very friendly and polite staff. It’s not a hotel, it’s an experience.

BF, to my surprise, was not included in the price. Normally, Booking.com invariably includes BF. I had to check the details and then realized that this booking did not include BF. Something for Bookin.com to negotiate with the property. BF was fine.

My room Stainless steel faucets did not look like had been cleaned in at least a week.TV functioning was complicated. It kept switching from one source to another ( HDML3 , LG) . When you turn on the TV, one gets no signal. You had to play around to get the source with a signal.Hotel should have an instructions sheet rather than have to call a technician. There should be a tv guide listing channel nos for major broadcasting net works so visitors from out of country can easily find a particular broadcasting net work such as BBC news or CNN or some India news Bed mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress, needs immediate replacement with a modern mattress.

Location is good. Rest everything is below average and not as per the expectations

Rooms are not maintained. Carpets are bad. Food is too costly and not worth to the money charged.Veg food is supposed to be good as we are in Lucknow that also was below average. No variety

Reception desk & house keeping very bad. They charged me extra for early checkin and did not provide room as per description.

The hotel is 5-start but the facilities are equivalent to 3-star hotel.

I booked for 3 adults but twin beds were provided though I requested for Kings Bed. Chairs had stains.

The location is good. The staff is very helpfull and courteous. The food is excellent. The hotel is excellent.

There wasn't anything not to like except the deficiencies in toiletries and some missing elements in the rooms..

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food they served was really delicious

The mattress was disastrous. I woke up with a back pain. The noise from the surroundings will disturb you a bit.

Location and Interiors

Room was decent.AC doesn't work on any setting/temperature, it is a free flow and coldest mode.Windows are not sound proof and you can clearly hear outside traffic, not expected from 5 star.Middle of night at 1:45am received call from reception to ask if i need any wake up call, which is so absurd and nonsense. Worst night for me spending at a so called 5 star hotel.

Property is ok, the only the hotel has invested is dining area, rooms are not new bit old m dust and cleaniness of toilest n under the tables n around the beds. Suggest get the actual pictures for rooms where people relax before booking. Location is good. I am not indian from india, would be better if pics are genuine

Very clean hotel and comfortable rooms.

Check-in process could be better. Staff could explain more about inclusions and exclusions.Staff allocated a room which according to cleaning staff was not usable!

Reception staff and reservation desk needs to improve. Had Bad experience. Rather House keeping staff and room service staff were promt and guest convenience oriented which was badly missing at the reception desk.
