Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

The staff and service was excellent.

The view from the hotel was a total turn off for the amount of money being spent. There was a lack of a few facilities that I have become accustomed to in a 5 star hotel such as gift and convenience shops, hair salon/spa, FREE internet, etc.

Everything as they said it’s soundproof rooms all the night i wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise the rooms are really expensive according to the ambiance i gave my laundry its supposed to deliver by them self once it’s done i remind them for this after two days before my check out and when i reached there and ask about my booking they said there is no booking showing here in the system by my name i have to wait alot for room

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast spread was very nice. View from the Skybar on the 16th floor is wonderful. Check-in and check-out formalities were carried out very fast.

Room walls appear to be a little thin. So sound from adjoining rooms come in which should not happen. There is a mall next to the hotel. They have open air performances in the terrace which causes some disturbance.

Beautiful property! Good location. Friendly staff.

Staff, Checkin and Checkout experience, Response time, I literally could not get a bottle of water from these people because they do not pick your calls when you wanna reach out to anyone.

The hotel and facilities are good, Ms. Gul - the receptionist gave me early check-in, and another lady at the reception Ms. Aanchal was very helpful. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

We wanted room with single,queen bed and adjacent,but did not get

Room, view outside, 16th floor Cocktail hour, breakfast, speciality restaurant, interaction with staff, interaction with the front office manager

lobby not too impressive, music in lobby too loud, room on 12th floor below dinning room is noisy

Paid for city side view room but view is not good for given room ie no 914

all staff was nice helpful and professional as well. especially I would like to say thank you Mr Suneel from f&b Team and Akhilesh from housekeeping who take care us.

Perfect for families. In the heart of the city.Was convenient for us to go around.Room was clean and staff were friendly.Amazing view from restaurant.

There was a lot going on in the lobby and took a while to get the elevator.

Hotel Location and other facilities were excellent, but felt cheated about the Room Tariffs charged.

The booking was done through Higher Room Tariff, though it was done through Booking.com, which is supposed to be at a better rate then Direct ones, but my colleague was offered similar room @ almost 25% less tariff. So felt cheated. On enquiry at the Front Desk, the simple reply was that they can do nothing for booking made through 3rd party portal.

Our room which was a suit room located at 11th floor with lovely view !

Bad reception area ! No proper lighting ! No decoration! There is nothing called wow feeling like we feel in other 5 star property! No 24/7 coffee shop ! They wind up by 9 pm!

This is the best breakfast spread in lucknow and managed excellently- I was doing a course in IIM lucknow and this breakfast was my fuel for the day and kept me energetic.

The staff was rude, non challant and was not helpful. 1) check in was bad. instead of blocking the stay on card they directly charged and did not even apologise. 2) Lunch time was tough, they refused to let us sign on bill and said make cash payment right now instead. this is after they already charged us the stay at check in itself though we had requested we will pay by other means at check out. 3) Staff at breakfast was also not very helpful. Had made couple of orders at live counter were not delivered. 4) Over all there was not even a single staff who was helpful or courteous or even well mannered. this is not expected out of Lucknow which is the town of tehzeeb. I had just stayed at Marriott of Goa a day back and they were so much better, nicer and worth the money and time. I have work in Lucknow often and even Fairfield and Taj and Hyatt I’ll rate WAY BETTER than this hotel.
