A Truly Wonderful Stay at Ecstacy!I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ecstacy, and I must say—it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What made this trip even more special was seeing how much my father enjoyed it. He felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay, which means a lot to me. The ambiance, the service, and the little thoughtful touches really made a difference.Whether it was the prompt room service, delicious meals, or the peaceful environment, everything was top-notch. Ecstacy lived up to its name and gave us a stay to remember. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Every thing ok

Great room good staff food is excellent - place is very well located especially if you want to do a historical trip of lucknow Helpful The Ecstasy hotel Lucknow is a property located in the heart of the city with a convenient location.

Nothing the unprofessionalism at its peak, depsite collecting advance payment, they cancelled my booking, devoid of ethics from the owner just to earn extra money by other customers

The breakfast was nice and simple. Egg and toast. The location was fair

The bedsheet was not clean. There was no small towel in bathroom, the geyser was not switched on. The shower in room 309 was not working as there was no water pressure.

Breakfast was tasty, location was easily accessible. Staff were very helpful.

Just a suggestion for installing railing support at the stairs would be helpful for patrons with age related and knee problems at the entrance.

The Ecstasy Hotel is worth the money. The ambience is good and the surrounding is peaceful. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities required for the perfect stay. Would recommend to everyone who is opting for value for money stay with good environment.

Room was spacious and clean

They charged more and told me to return the amount of 350 and said that they have mistakenly taken extra amount. It has been more than 3 weeks stills have not returned the amount. Similarly it was for other commitments. Their morning breakfast was poor and place was that of banquets, poor atmosphere.
