Scam, bogus hotel, completely different from the which I booked scamer owner please remove him on immediate basis

Rude, scamer bogus, I booked that room giving me different room total scam asking 4 times of the amount for that please remove him already so many people complained about him why it is still listed there I'm unstalling booking dot com app if they don't care about users feedback

Nothing room is very small so don't fall for the internet pics

No privacy, hotel receptionist behaviour is toxic, mannerless and uncivilized ?they take the customers phone forcefully and give the ratings self and after they argue so don't give your phone in any person for any work.

When I reach to the hotel room is not available very poor service were communication

Decent hotel with good price value. The staff are so supportive they try their best to keep you comfortable and the taste of food was just amazing.

When I booked hotel , showing double bed room but when I checked in they gave me different and very small room

Room was shaby, bathroom is horrible ventilation is open with just a net cover, waste bin was fully spitted with pan, walls were broken, no breakfast was provided, even though told them prior that we will be moving at 8am, if with family never opt such a hotel, request booking.com not to give such good pictures before viewing the original condition

Awful. Rude staff and filthy place.

The hotel sent me an abusive message before I even arrived, accusing me of being too busy going out drinking to arrive on time. In reality my train was 3 hours late.When I got there I was instantly hassled for money, before being shown an AC dorm and told I couldn’t stay in it. I was then taken to an empty non-ac dorm which was like an oven (it was 40C) and the staff demanded more money. Another person came in off the street stinking of alcohol and the two men sat talking about me in Hindi and laughing. I speak Hindi and I told them to shut up. That surprised them.The place was filthy, cramped and full of mosquitoes. None of the appliances or power worked, including the AC, which cut out in the middle of the night. The other guests there told me the staff had been ripping them off for taxis, attractions and food. I left early the next day and found another hotel. The staff put me as a “no show” to try and avoid paying the fee to Booking. The manager then sent me another abusive email asking if I was a junkie.DO NOT STAY HERE

Location good but service and facility not good.

Hotel staff is very helpful, hotel is only 5 minutes walk from charbagh railway station, wifi speed is too, if you are looking good hotel in lucknow, I think this one will be good choice.

Rooms are well maintained, staff is professional, they are also free pickup from railway station.

Location is best center of heart (city) value for money taste of food is good interior of hotel is also good

Worst experience ever

Had to wait for almost 1.5 hours. Dirty all the corners. No for family. Photos are old while they built the hotel. No maintenance. People use it for bad reasons or for one day stay for exams.

Disappointed

They shifted us to a new hotel since there was electric work in the first for same price. However this place was not as nice. The water started leaking and after this there was no water at all. We tried to ask for a refund, but did not get any.

Reception boy is good otherwise fair.

Nothing was there to like. Staff behaviour, cleanliness, service everything was more than worst. I will never ever stay in this hotel if I revisit Lucknow.Highly disappointed!!
