i did not faced any problem. staff was very very supportive. all staff like resturant staff . very nice behaviour. the best is the reception staff. and food very tasty

Food taste was good but could have more variety

Location is excellent, food in the restaurant was tasty and delicious , staff were supportive.,rooms had nice space to walk around..

Bathrooms emit a smell which can be worked upon.A good property but a little bit of care and maintenance can make it a great hotel. Some bathrooms had a water problem, requires a plumber to check the piping.

BED SHEETS WERE DIRTY, NO TOILETORIES., EVEN THE SHAMPOO BOTTLE AND THE HAND WASH BOTTELS WERE EMPTY. TOWEL WAS DIRTY AND ONLT 1 WAS GIVEN AND WE WERE 3 OF US. WE HAD PAID FOR AN EXTRA BED IN OUR PRICE BUT WAS NOT PROVIDED. BREAKFAST WAS SERVED 30 - 40 MIN LATER THAN SAID TIME, AS WE HAD TO TRAVEL WE WENT TO ANOTHER RESTAURENT. ALSO THEY HAD ONLY CORN FLAKES, COFFEE/ TEA AND PARATHAS.

Very poor

The room was not well maintained, it was unclean and needed repair. The bathroom was in bad condition too with cockroaches infestation.The bedsheet looked unclean with stains.We had opted for a complimentary breakfast and the food was okay.The only plus point about the hotel was that it was near the airport.Overall not a good experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Staff was well behaved. Location is good if your purpose is to have a good rest near airport with plenty of options to eat good food around the hotel

The location is ok.

The room was not clean. There is too much of noise till almost 2am and lots of disturbance. The towels are unclean and also the bed has bed bugs. Definitely not a good pick. If you have other choices pass this property. I regret booking a room here.

Walkable or short taxi to main amenities. They did let us check in earlier than the check in time which was the main pro. Bed was comfy, and shower was hot.

Disliked the staff. The man who helped with our bag (didn’t ask for help) wouldn’t leave the room until we tipped him and explained we had no cash until we go to the atm. He wouldn’t leave the room, made us feel uncomfortable. They kept calling the room to ask stupid questions about seeing my mates visa when we said we will be coming down shortly to do so. In the meantime they kept waking us up when we had already explained we were exhausted from a long night travelling and just trying to rest before we needed to leave again that night. We booked the hotel solely for the day to sleep. The ‘dining room’ area was filthy just full of rubbish all over the floor and all the staff sleeping. Requested towels and they ignored the request a few times. The fan was practically coming off the ceiling and felt it was actually going to come off and cause damage. Basically if you’re not local/Indian, they’re not interested in helping it seemed. I expected a little better from a more of a renown chain across India.

Location is good. Rooms are also big, food was good.

Washroom was not cleaned well. Simply they used to mop . Inside the room also lots of dust was there . Recently they have done some work inside

the hotel and staff was good but in the room there was so many bad things as the a.c was not working properly the room which i book there fan was not working he gave me other room where ac was not proper they told after some time ac get chilled but not done...

Nothing as such

Strong Stench and very dated hotel, damp rooms and smelling bad. No proper ventilation and after much deliberation got changed to another room but just stayed there as our schedule didn’t allow us to change to another hotel

The breakfast was good, location was good. I liked the staff behaviour.

The room amenities and the room could have been a bit better

Rooms are stinky, amenities are available only in photos

Fans are not working, no water, pillows are stinking

The property was few kilometers away from airport

There was construction going on and there were debris and dust all around.
