excellent rooms. i wonder why people are giving them negative reviews. my stay was awesome and very comfortable. room service was quick and rooms were very neat and clean and well maintained rooms. very spacious and airy rooms. guys, in this case, i would suggest dont go by their reviews, try staying at this place, truly they wont disappoint you in any case.

this property is one of the best properties to stay in vibhutikhand or in DLF My pad. they have a complete team to serve their guests. rooms are well maintained with all the necessary amenities available for guest and their staff is very nice . food quality is awesome

we booked this property for family vacation in lucknow. we are really happy to stay here .we made a great choice by booking this hotel. their rooms are great and nicely maintained. staff is well trained and well behaved. very polite and cooperative. their service is at par. above all, their room rents are very economical.

My sincere advise to booking.com is not list hotels unless it has been validated. Disaster stay

1.The room was very poorly maintained2. The bathroom and Toilet were stinking and inspite of complaints no action was taken3. The bed spread was soiled4. They took room rent in advance while checkin in and usually the practice is that the amount is paid during check out5, The kitchen started late and all our programs were upset6. The A/C was not effective at all6. Traveler's who book through Booking .com are given bad rooms I think7. The bathroom had geyser but there was no connection and we were advised that we had to put of ac if we wanted geyser

perfect place to stay. rooms are very nice with excellent interior and very clean and airy rooms. it has a big size balcony to enjoy the weather and fresh air. highly recommended place.

If there was an option to give zero rating I would have done that.This was the worst stay I ever had in any hotel in my entire life.All the information given about this hotel is incorrect, pool there is not free and even that paid pool is far away (not worth the effort).The complimentary breakfast is for name sake, 1 tea and 1 Paratha is all they have to offer.It was a waste of money and effort to book such a hotel and even stay there.I hope they don’t show any further false information about their hotel.

Nothing to likeIt’s not even a Hotel.It’s a block of flats managed by this so called ‘The Grace Residency’. The picture displayed is actually a location of the area where all the flats are constructed by a construction company ‘DLF’.Everything is made up to look like a Hotel. The swimming pool is actually a part of the big community of the flats. ‘The Grace Residency’ manage like 37-38 flats in that community that they have named as a Hotel. Absolutely poor . Not even safe enough. There is no buffet areas or breakfast areas. They offer you a choice of 4 India breakfast options and delivery 1 of them to your room. Both days we had to ask for spoons and water and no one turns up after . There is almost zero room service. It shouldn’t be even allowed to be called a 3 star.

Absolutely nothing to like. Nobody knows of this place as it’s nothing but a flats built forLocal community which ‘The Grace Residency’ claims it as a big Hotel. Please donot stay there.The room was leaking water and when we asked one of the servants sitting outside (also known as receptionist) he said it’s a condensation from a the Aircon. Infact, it was a outlet for a Aircon that was connected the wrong way ansAll the water from the Aircon was leaking inside the room. Absolutely a massive puddle inside the room.

This hotel is not recommended at all.It has very poor service, poor food quality.They provided us dirty floor mat no towel and no bucket and mug.When requested to change the dirty floor mat....the staff merely told that, they would change and did not change at all untill our entire hotel stay.None of their staff helped us to put our luggage in our car, which was just opposite their hotel and their staff was just watching us putting our luggage in the car.Also, there is misrepresentation with regard to providing breakfast too.At the time of booking, we were told that the tariff package includes breakfast.They provided us only one Aloo paratha and a tea.This was their breakfast.Hence this hotel is not recommended at all, considering the bitter experience faced by us.Infact, we intended to stay for 2 days but due to their poor and deficient quality standards, had to cut short of stay to just one day.

There is nothing to like about this property. Only credit goes to well-secured car parking.

Staff is good for nothing. Electricity went out for an unknown reason and when I tried calling many times the given two mobile numbers on the booking.com website, the guy never answered the phone. A few times, it was coming busy but I never got connected. They never called back too! This happened in the morning and there was no one at reception. In fact, my problem was resolved by the security guard.No one came for breakfast and there is no one to ask for breakfast. At the time of checkout at around 9:30 AM, one guy came to the reception and when asked about all these dramas, he was clueless and had nothing to say. Funny is that he asked me to go back to the room to order breakfast which I was trying to have since morning 8 AM. Rooms were dirty, the bathroom had no hook at all to hang clothes, full of dust as there was false ceiling work in progress. Even the bathroom mat was too dirty to use! The balcony doors had no lock and I had no other option but to keep my laptop in the car which was risky! This was a twin bedroom and they attached the bed to make it a double bed which was not expected. The funny side is when I went to the reception at 8 AM, their computer was on which was not locked. Anyone can come and do something wrong with their guest information. This is when the staff are not trained and are unprofessional in whatever they are doing. The worst part is the health faucet was not clean and that's something I don't tolerate at all. I'll be demanding booking.com a full refund for not providing breakfast.There is not a single reason for me to recommend this place!
