Treebo Silver Stallion

Nice ambience nd atmosphere. Courteous staff they were very helpful. Good food.

Treebo Silver Stallion can't host non-Indian people

This hotel should not be on Booking.com, as they are not legally allowed to host foreigners. After 6 hours of bus, I arrived and then I was told that I had to contact the customer service in order to find a solution as I would not have a room there!I insisted and they finally sorted out the situation by sending me to another hotel, which was quite a dump. What's more, they booked a Uber, but it's me who had to pay the taxi at the end of the trip.I don't recommend Treebo Hotels.

The hotel staff cheats customer

The staff behavior was not good. The hotel charged me for two days but posted on booking.com as 1 day stay.

On the Booking.com it mentioned pay at the hotel, once booked Treebo cancelled because payment was not done. Such a desperate tactic used by Treebo to get reservations.

Excellent Experience. The lobby atmosphere was fantastic. The seating and walking area is excellent. The lounge was fascinating. The rooms are excellent and spotless. Very spacious toilet with a separate bathing area. I'd love to return...

The stay was comfortable with great service and the staff were very friendly & helpful.Nice rooms and all the things were well organized. Neat & clean property. The property was easily located. Would love to visit again soon.

Good clean room and bathroom, filling breakfast

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown................

Great central locationI stayed at Hotel for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well."

Hotel staff good. room clean and hygiene..food was tasty. ...book that hota forl feel the trip.

All good

Only breakfast item are delicious.

Staff behavior, reception rudeness, continuous interruption in night sleep time.

Communication with the staff was good.

The name given here is misleading, the actual name at the property does not match. The property was not at all clean, full of mosquitos, lack of cleanliness, smelling bad.Completely different from the pictures given here.

Not a single thing

Dirty bed sheets and blankets providedNo towels or toiletries available4 days of stay and not a single day of cleaning. Only upon calling them they came in once just to change bedsheet.Mosquito all over the property and room. Upon reporting only response was all-out is there what else can we do.Stay somewhere and breakfast somewhereOperating under a different hotel name.

Location

Room was in the worst condition. Seepage, spitting mark in the room and smelling too. Mosquitoes were roaming.

I stayed with Dog as I was traveling from Jaipur to Kolkata & made halt. Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Food was excellent. Room was clean, well maintained.

I think rooms should had been a bit more spacious.

The lady at the Reception was very supportive and the staff and food was good.

The name on the building is Orchid whereas there is no mention of Treebo Trend Silver Stallion anywhere. This creates confusion and delay for customers to locate. They should put the correct name-board.

Comfortable and comfy stay. Helped to checkin to a different room when we observed slight issues in the allotted room.

Careless behaviour of staff during check-in process which almost got us in to trouble. They forgot to return our id proof and when asked for support informed that they can't do anything though fault was at their side. Somehow we managed to get that.

Location

It wasn't treebo quality.. the sign board says Orchid.. breakfast spread was poor... staff a bit up tight.. didnt get treebo experience
