Decent location, room is mostly clean. Great value for money for only staying a night.

Very basic facilities, towels and bedsheets had old stains. Bathroom didn’t have a clean drain. Old building looks a bit run down, however everything works fine.

Cleanliness needs to improve also the staff should be more aware about the preparedness of the rooms. room service is bit unprofessional. Location is excellent as very near to Charbagh station

The location is excellent, beside a metro station but don't expect any more amenities. They kept our luggage for half a day without any extra payment which was a bit helpful for us

The bed was not right to sleep on, we experienced severe body pain in the morning

It was convenient really close to the metro and railways station

I changed room twice first room the lights wont turn on , the second room the key card not working have to change the card three times , the cleanliness also need to improve

Good location next to metro and train station. It wasn't too loud at night. Beds were very comfortable.Unfortunately the shower did not work at all so we had to shower with buckets. The toilet seat was loose. No free wifi was provided. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy.

The property is located very close to Charbagh metro & railway station, both at walkable distance. It's surrounded by many eateries, shops, all kinds of facilities taking care of all needs of travellers. The rooms inside are spacious, well furnished and in clean condition. Prompt help provided for food, travel & other support services.

The approach roads are ill maintained by government & in shabby conditions.The hotel is having partial renovation & should improve the overall exterior ambience asap.

Convenient for the railway station, just use the metro station steps to cross the main road.

Also the hotel is situated next to Railway Station and Metro it is relatively quite there. Very friendly and responsive personal.

Not that clean as it could be. But for that price it‘s ok.

The room itself is quite clean and comfortable, with a good location near the train station, just a 5-minute walk away, and offered at a good price.

The areas outside the room, including the hotel reception and ground floor, are very old and poorly maintained. While the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the surrounding atmosphere is unpleasant and dirty. Additionally, the loud noise from car and train horns makes it difficult to sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful.The wifi worked well and there was an electric kettle in the room with coffee and tea.All in all a good hotel.

When we arrived after midnight the the sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from the previous occupant and they were filthy but I spoke to the receptionist/staff and they changed them quickly also towels needed to be replaced .

The location is just next to the Lucknow jn railway station and Charbag metro station. Good location and budget accommodation. Staff are good.

There is no in-house restaurant. They provide room services from nearby restaurants, and the food quality and hygiene part is poor, I personally faced problems with the foods. Non veg foods are not served, no eggs even.There is a scope of improvement in the overall housekeeping, and people are not properly trained.

The location of the hotel was very much at the centre, though it is in a small street. I loved the breakfast that they served which were excellent. The behaviour of the staff was exceptional helping in arranging for Taxi and guiding us about places and eateries to visit. They were very helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were decent but need painting. The first floor is under renovation and probably after that this place would be even better.

Need to paint the walls but I understand that the renovation of the 1st floor is stopping them.

Noise from outside (horns). But obviously this comes with the central location next to the railway station...

Breakfast is good at a reasonable rate

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From early check in to late check out. Location is the best for short stay. Metro to the airport is few steps away. Train station is also 5 minutes away. For me it was very good choice.

The staff was really helpful and the location is optimal due to its vicinity to railway station.

The whole area is kind of crowded (due to railway station)

Staff was generally nice, but communication was an issue, sometimes I felt like they didn’t understand me

No hot water, this part of town is extremely loud
