Collection O Kiara Guest House

Location

Room is not so good little bit smelly and wifi is not working well

The hotel is very badly maintained and doesn't look anything like in the pictures. The toilets and rooms are small, and the cleanliness and the hygiene of the rooms and toilets are of very poor standard. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Please don't go by the pictures it's completely deceiving.

I have nothing positive to say about this place, outside that they actually accept westerners.

This hotel is dirty and if you order through booking they will send you an oyo payment link. They might accept cash when you arrive, but won't be happy about it. Rooms are disgusting, looks like they haven't been washed for years. Linen has stains and hair on them. Room has general stains, does not look good. Small room, not comfortable bed. A lot of noise from neighbors and dogs outside. They do accept westernes, but I would in no way recommend you stay here.

Ease of access.

Bed quality, breakfast was not provided as cook was not available and finally I had to give up. I don't think you guys will refund me for that. Room had mosquitoes. Cleanliness is not that great.

Nice location, excellent hospitality, clear rooms and delicious food. At walkable distance

Staff was very helpful and kind. They attended us with a lot of patience. Dining was great and so was service.

The customer service team was very supportive. Special thanks to the staff who quickly answered our questions and confirmed the booking.

Nice location, response from reception, housekeeping and room boy is excellent, food is hygienic and cooked in proper way.

Room service is excellent and staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and things are arranged properly.

The property was surrounded by very beautiful sceneries. It was a peaceful place, far from the crowd. Best for relaxing and meditation. The market was nearby, in walkable distance. Staff was very friendly, this was the best part. Only breakfast was complementary, but they provide me dinner too. They provide facilities as per guest's expectations. 100% recommendable property.

Neat room with calming vibes. Staff was polite and always ready to lend a hand.

Room was good. Breakfast was just superb. Love to visit again. Staff was friendly
